Ha, I'll confess, the first thing I did when I came to this guild was make sure they had a Keith Urban thread... If you didn't, I would've started one. whee
I believe the first time I heard him was through my friend. She sent me a link online to Days Go By, and she said, 'Ohmygosh! Listen to this, he like yodels in the middle of it... well kinda...' And so, I was expecting to hear something hilarious, but it wasn't. It was amazing! And it was the video, not just the song, so... yes, let's just say his voice isn't all I love about him... Although it is awesome too.
I currently own Be Here & Golden Road. My favorite songs of his would probably be 'Tonight I Wanna Cry' and 'Nobody Drinks Alone'. I love 'Days Go By' and like... all of the other songs too, but those two just have such amazing lyrics. Gorgeous...

the first time i heard of him was when i heard either where the black top ends or but for the grace of god. i cant remember which cause that was a reallly long time ago. he is a music god and veryveryvery sexy. all of his songs are amazing. heart

i ADORE keith, and have ever since the Golden Road cd. My favorite song has to be Tonight I Wanna Cry, it is so passionate and soulfull, it makes me (who never does) want to cry. and he's lutheran. for me, his voice, religion, and overall appeal makes him IDEAL

Elmire Here's to all of us that adore his golden locks, sexy accent, and glorious butt! Feel free to post when you first heard of him, your favorite songs of his, and what you predict his future will be. personally, i heard of him when his single came out: "i wanna be your everything." my 2 favorite songs are off of his 'in the ranch' CD and are called "my last name" and "walkin' the country with me." Thats actually my favorite CD of all the ones he's put out so far, even though many may disagree. I think he's gonna last maybe a CD or two more, but then fall out. he looks like a man of many ambitions and although he may continue music forever, he's definately gonna be wandering. lol. He is really good. He is kinda hot too. His songs as said in others too good to choice (SP) my favorite.

If I'm to be completely honest, and please don't yell at me for this, I don't really find Keith Urban all that attractive physically. I mean, he's good looking, but I guess just not my taste. His talent, though... wow! When you see him play guitar live it is way different than experiencing it on video or CD. He's great.

Right now my MSN messenger quote is "Keith Urban is so hot it should be illeagal!!" and one of my friends (doesn't listen to country and HATES it) wondered who that was. So i googled it, sent her a pic and she replies that he IS hot. Another friend has a Keith Urban video on her profile (Days Go By, I think) and I posted a similar message. I logon to Gaia this morning and I have a PM. This is what it said: killing_preps_iz_fun keith urban iz not hot u stupid jew Comments?

Elmire snazy-a-tastic Keith Urban is nothing short of amazing, especially live. He can play the *insert whatever expressive word you want here* out of that guitar and it's awesome! Somehow I got to see him and meet him in my own little town in Sept of 2004. He's too big now, he'll never be back and I'll probably not meet him again either but maybe I'll get the chance to see him somewhere. Everyone should. If they aren't a fan when they go I can almost guarentee that they will be the second the show starts. And can one really get something hotter then a "hey baby!" in an Australian accent? blaugh hell no... not a single soul can top that accent and his guitar playing. some artists are kinda sucky when they gotta play live, but hes ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE when its come to his guitar. i didnt know a guy that hott could play soooo well LIVE! oh lordy... he just ROCKS! *eargasm!* the joy... Keith Urban is by far one of the best and hottest singers. Ever. I have a whole door pictures smile I've seen him live three times...I can't wait until I see him again. And I loove his accent. A couple of Australian people came to our school one day and I was in heaven the whole time because for that whole day I couldn't stop thinking about Keith Urban...yeah. He's amazing. lol
