Cloud came running at the explosion, his buster sword ready incase there was trouble.
"Hey! Who are you and what are you doing here!?"
He paused for a moment to look around at the destruction and rubble, then looked back to the three with his sword ready to strike.

Riku blinked twice, and got out Faded Glory. "We're not here to make trouble. Our ship crashed, and now we're stranded." How can he hold that thing? It's huge! Riku thought, wiping his forehead.

Cloud backed off, lowering his sword.
"Alright..." He said, looking them over.
He looked from Riku, to Fade, then to Gen.
"What a strange bunch..." He mumbled under his breath.

Gen looked wide-eyed at Cloud,
"....You are aware that you're lugging around a sixteen-foot killing machine, right?"

Cloud nodded to Gen, chuckling slightly.
"You know you look like an idiot, right?"
He then turned to Riku, driving his buster sword into the ground and crossing his arms.
"So...What brings you to Midgar?"

"We were traveling between worlds and a giant ship knocked us off course and we crashed into this world. I'm trying to find my friends." Riku explained. "Have you seen anyone out of the ordinary recently? Like a talking duck or a kid with a giant key?"

Fade flickered twice, and became more transparent. Her hourglass tightened around her neck, but not hard enough to choke her. The sand was going down a bit faster.
In any case, she tried to ignore it.

Cloud chuckled at the 'dog, duck, and a giant key' line.
I think that crash might have hurt their heads.. He thought with a smirk.
"I can't say I have seen a giant key...But there are ducks and dogs in Midgar."
