Moneneko Impulsive Priestess Rahli I seem to have a slightly different look on shounen-ai. I don't mind it if the AUTHOR has a REASON for the pairing. I hate it when CLAMP turns their characters a little off straight for no reason. I mean, in Gravitation that's how the characters are so I don't mind. Same in Sukisyo. But in Saiyuki it's not the author doing that to their characters, it's the fans. I don't approve of it in Saiyuki but again, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. thats not quite true. Kazuya Minakura dose make many Yaois (Saiyuki is one, if not her only none man/man anime) and there are a few slash hints throught out Saiyuki 3nodding ^-^ It's true, and Kazuya Minekura herself has done some Saiyuki Doushiniji, and It is Yaoi. (It makes me very happy ^-^) I've only read one of them though, and it was really good! ^-^ Dude, really? Where?! Um... at the risk of being too off topic, maybe PM me...

Well, it seems that the only way to find out is to ask Minekura Kazuya herself. xd Man, I wish that was possible.

Bet I know what she'll say: "I'm not telling." Sometimes authors are annoying and won't tell you that sort of thing. But is she's making yaoi doujinshi for them like Moneneko says... I'm betting they are. sweatdrop Or if they aren't, she wanted them to be, but also wanted to sell her book to a wider audiance than yaoi fans. Oh well, speculation, speculation.

I do, however, respect your opinion and will not berate you about it. I have to disagree with that...if Kanan hadn't have died her and Hakkai would have been together. Maybe Hakkai alters to homo later...but originally he's straight. ^_^

Before Saiyuki yaoi was a no-no for me. Then I just became a fan of it. I'm not a hardcore fan of it but I will act like one just to bug my friends...especially the guys...ha.
