In something like this, unless it is clearly stated in your username or signature, you should provide the name of the organization you represent. Also, he did ask her what organization she was from, but she never answered.

To be quite simple Commissar, it is because they requested to join, and they are the Bunnywrench Army, which made me find no reason to disallow their entrance to the guild.
Just because they use humor instead of dicipline, doesn't mean they aren't allowed... or can you think of a good enough reason not to allow them?

I think it should be made clear that the rules of their army do not extend into the rest of this guild.

You could have easily looked it up. I did look (and failed) to find where she was from. But she only replied to a PM only recently, long after some one else claimed it properly. Any one can make an army. But it takes a resources and man power to make a guild.
