Uhm...
Stargazer is an OVA, not a series. It's just like a side-story; contains a Strike ripoff, so obviously Kira can't be in it.
That new series poster is another story. I'm almost certain it's fake, because the art varies in softness from the rest of the poster. Until more's announced, it's probably best to assume it a Photoshop creation.
