I like the ideas, Tearin.....
I'd like to expand a bit on the member PMing, so that it could be agreed, to avoid dead times in "how will I write it?" or the messages being too aggressive or confuse.
My first proposal for that would be something like: subject: Final Fantasy Rebirth "Hi, I'm sending this because you are a member of the RP guild, and we have seen no posts from you (an optional "lately). We are currently reorganizing, and want the members to RP and check on the OOC and discussion threads. Sadly, we'll be removing any member that doesn't show interest, so I must ask you now to come and post, or reply to this PM any question or comment that you may have."
About tips for this, it's always wise to copy everything you post before sending it to Gaia.... I've been having too many problems with servers lately (damned modem)

Tearin I also suggest that we delete the Mod Report thread and Sticky the Moderator Talk thread since this one seems to be more successful in getting the mods to communicate. Quote: Good suggestions Tearin, but I personally question this one as a non-mod type. I think the reason this one has worked in the way it has is because it offers those of us who aren't mods a chance to give our opinions. I'd keep this one and get rid of the other one, but then again this isn't my business and seeing as I know some of the mods don't appreciate us humble players offering our opinions I'm gonna leave it alone now. PL

PL - We DO appreciate your opinion. That's why this thread doesn't say "MODS POST ONLY" at the top.
I like Tearin's ideas. It's a lot of work, but needed.
We might need some extra help, if you know what I mean, so what can we do about installing new moderators? I have someone in mind, but I'm not sure how to go about getting an opinion. I wish we could have a private mods-only thread or something so we could vote on it. The next best option is simply a locked thread with a poll.
What happened to Pwn3d?

And if we do go through with this, I'm gonna post which threads I think should stay and which should go. And I don't know pwn3d. But I trust your judgement, Saffire. I personally don't know anyone who would make a particularly good mod, especially one who could do well in this sort of situation.

Maybe I'll make a mod-nomination form...
Anyway, I don't know OMGPwn3d either. S/he was here for like... two weeks... and then s/he took off. That means we have one less moderator than we thought. (Hence the need for a replacement.)

ok, just checked the Crewmembers, and found two that I don't recall posting.
omgxcore <-- surely, s/he has to be OMGPwn3d. s/he has logged in today, and the nick change tells me that s/he's active overall. i.!Shackles!.i <-- I simply couldn't recognize the username. his/her last login time was almost two weeks ago.

Alright mods, since I seem to have everyone's approval, I'll start our update by deleting the appropriate threads on March 25th.
Those who need to transfer experience systems need to do so by March 30th, because they will be deleted at that time if they are not transfered sooner.
Objections?

Experience systems AND profiles?
The DS profiles could go with the official RP Character sticky, or they could get shoved into the first post of DS, which is... pretty much impossible. ._.
And just to scare us a little bit, could you mark the threads set for deletion somehow?

The profiles can be moved to the official sticky by quoting them, copying them, and then pasting them into a post in the sticky. From there, we can later go through the sticky, and compile a list of members and their characters that can be placed in the first post of the sticky.
I will lock the threads that will be deleted.
But from now on, I say we should let Non-RP oriented threads stay for 1 month before deletion if they by that time have lost their popularity. That sounds reasonable, no?

Tearin, you've locked the banner thread, and I had a request for it just yesterday. That thread isn't directly linked to Kyou's guild, I had his permission to put it there, can you please unlock it again?
