Psycho Rangers! No contest!
They were in constant fighting with the Space Rangers and they were hella hard to beat. It took them how many episodes to take them down?
The A-Squad had their butts handed to them when they finally went up against B-Squad. One fight. They were so hyped up during the season and it was a dissappointment how fast they went down.
The best Evil Ranger however.....has to be Evil Green.

Psycho Rangers & A-Squad are both my favorites because both rule in their own evil way.

Bah! Psycho rangers rock! They even returned in Lost galaxy to harass the Galaxy Rangers, along with the Space Rangers. The only flaw is the way Red, Yellow and black just disintegrated at the hands of the PriS....After all that fighting and susprises, they just...faded. No kaboom, no "ARRGGHH!", no vows of revenge...nothing. Other than that, they are phenominal! It woulda been cool if they had also had dark megazords to go with their whole "mirror oposite" sheme; a "Nega-zord", if you will. xd
A-squad's attitude and actions were cool, but they went down way to easily and severely underestimated their foes...The Psychos only made that error when they got seperated and blinded by their desire to destroy their heroic counterparts, and even they, they LEARNED from the demise of Blue and Pink, becoming harder and harder to beat/outwit.
And, on a more trivial note-
Did you know that the cursed WF ranger Zen-Aku's name is really "Good and Evil" in japanese? mrgreen

Come on though, A-squad got whooped, the Psycho rangers gave the power rangers a total run for thier money .....so to speak, for about 5 episodes!!!!

The Psycho's were SO much more bad a** than A-Squad. Psycho were monsters & around for much longer than A-Squad.
