What are your opinions on these two cards and which would you prefer? Mage Power is good because you are able to just slap any m/t cards you might have on the field for instant beefiness. UWS gives a bigger boost, but monsters can only be summoned once per turn (Besides obvious exceptions)

Both cards' true shine comes in Ben Kei OTK.
Though that was slowed down by a vast degree since Giant Trunade's limitation.
