There, you get the point. It's the taking over of someone else's character that you are RP-ing as.
Your wrong onthis rule. God-modding is were you keep your character alive for like ever or until you want to kill yourself off.

What you are talking about in your rule is controling other characters. God-modding and Character Controling are two totally different things. I think you should fix it before any problems come of this.
