I hate the parasite card the most. Seriously. Were you a parasite when you were in your mother's womb? Are you a parasite now, if you live with your parents and they feed you and dont want you to pay for it? Are you a parasite when you grow old, and your family has to take care of you because you cant survive alone?
So if a baby is wanted, it's not a parasite, right? But when it's unwanted, it magically turns into a parasite. *sigh*

i also hate the whole "you're turning this *picture of an extremely young fetus/zygote* into this *perfectly clean 8 month born baby*"
then i'd like to reply with "you're turning this *picture of a skank in a risque position* into this *picture of a homeless nun*"

We've all had trouble with them in the past. The problem with me is, I get nasty right before I finally decide to leave well enough alone. As I've said to Kate before "People don't realize that me being nice is rare and they should take it when they can get it."
It's ******** stupid.
They call us names and talk about how intolerant we are and then turn around and treat us like s**t for having opposing views. Great job, dipshits.

They call us names and talk about how intolerant we are and then turn around and treat us like s**t for having opposing views. Great job, dipshits. and they feel free to call us names, insult us personally... but when we do the same, when we make a reference to a horrible act, we get banned, they can't take it. i used the n word in reference to slavery- they said that abortion was right because it was legal. the justification of slavery was that black people were inferior to white people. this was legally sanctioned. so was the opression of women. i made a note of this, and said something along the lines of "then you are against the rights of them damned n*****s and women too, right? that was legal back in the day. the law isn't always right" and i got bitched at for that, at first for allegedly "assulting" a certain member, until i forced them to actually read it and admit that i was only using a reference. they then flipflopped to my usage of the word at all, ignoring context completely.

Violent people. gonk I'm annoyed with certain stances of people on certain subjects, especially when the person insists on something that they want something a certain way, even when facts are layed in front of them in he first post of the thread. But I don't insult people for it. I don't hate them for it, and I don't chase them with hammers for it, even though I loathe their stance. Why can't they do the same thing?

Because they are always right, and anyone else's beliefs are irrelivant. And thus, our social status submerges to nothing more then a worm slivering on the ground. They have the right to spit on us, walk on us, and chop us in two with a shovel.
It saddens me deeply. It really does, to think that I am so insignificant, I am unworthy of anything accept the bowlish pits of hell, for wanting life.
To say that America is about making our own choices about beliefs, and for everyone else to say that it is a choice to slaughter children, pro-life people DON'T have a choice but to become social outcasts.
Some freedom of choice. =/

Also, for some reason, they seem defensive and say things like, "And don't you dare call me a monstrous baby-killing whore!" even though I've never heard a Pro-lifer call a Pro-choicer that, before. Maybe they have.

but...wouldn't it be true, minus the whore part? i mean, it is killing a child for no real reason aside form convenience, after previously making a consentual choice...

and an alternate definition for the word abortion is, "a monstrocity."
Kidding, kidding. Well not about the word thing, that part's quite real. But yeah, I've yet to call someone a monstrous baby-killing whore. They don't believe in killing babies any more than we believe in banning sex.
Even though their aim is to legalize the mass slaughter of what we consider babies and our aim isn't to criminalize sex...
See, I never got that. Which side is criminalizing sex if we're not the ones who want to cover up sex by killing the resulting child?

Ah who am I kidding. Yeah, it's pretty much true. xP Though they don't make it seem as bad as it really is. They are ALWAYS using rape and death as an excuse, even though it's not the case. Honestly, most women DO use abortion as a birth-control.. That's the most common use. They are turning something incredibally horrible into some life-saving aspect. It's sickening.

it is a defense mechanism... like how a veteran may pretend that the horrible things he did in war weren't real, or that he was "just following orders"... they need a justification for horrible acts, everyone does.
