Now how did that go again...lets see... he started chanting, it sounded like a bunch of meowing and growling, there was a sound of thunder nearby.

She opened her mouth to tell him that there ws no way he could fight off two fully-grown tigers, but stopped when she heard the thunder. "Let's get out of here," she said, "Leave the cub here and let's hope its parents don't come!"

His ears lowered as it went faster, and with lightening blinding everything for them for a minute it seemed to clear up, but they were cursed to slowly change into what they really were.

He just stayed with them, he didn't want them to leave, his oldest brother, the king would make sure they didn't, plus they would change, the spell was spread over the forest. Anyone entering would slowly change.
