yeah i got the driveshaft and 9 inch in made a few runs like i wanted got the interior back together for the moment till i can get some better stuff, gonna tear down the top end of the motor and turn it into a roller cause its not making the top end power i want and i am going to finish up the wireing for the FI and run the wires for the fuel pump and put in the new 15gal fuel cell and the cut off switch on the back as well as relocate the battery to the trunk and finish prepping for paint as well as putting on a new bumper cause the one that came on it ended up having cracks in the urethane(sp?)

The Valve lifters. He's going to take the stock ones out and put new ones in that have a roller bearing on the end to reduce top-end friction.
My engine came from the factory with roller bearings. biggrin Most of the newer blocks did, I believe.

on fords they have a special cam/lifter/rocker setup that all makes the motor more efficient in the top end. should pick up another 35-50hp from this as well. my block is old... its out of a 68 mustang.
