Tigress848 Latiana I find a Quidditch Through the Ages resting on a side table by the fireplace and decide to read it for the time being. I sit on a extremely comfortable chair beside the warm fireplace and start to read. Intruiged by the book, I continue reading as I wait for other fellow gryffindors to arrive. Please role play in third person! You'll find it easier eventually 3nodding ex. Latiana found a book, "Quidditch Through the Ages", resting on the side of a table by the fireplace. She decided to read it for the time being. Sitting on an extremely comfortable chair, which was located beside the warm fireplace, she began to read. Intruiged by the book, she continued to read as she waited for fellow Gryffindors to arrive. If you really loathe third person...I'll get over it xp Thanks heart no, its ok, I'll do that now

Emma finished the book and found that no one had come. She decided that she would take a short nap in the girls dormitry. After she found an empty bed with no trunk infront of it, she had collapsed onto it and fallen into a deep sleep.

Latiana Emma finished the book and found that no one had come. She decided that she would take a short nap in the girls dormitry. After she found an empty bed with no trunk infront of it, she had collapsed onto it and fallen into a deep sleep. ((Thanks! Thats perfect! biggrin ))

She looked up at Sakura and smiled slightly "Nothing much" she replied softly "Just doing some Astronomy homework" she indicated the complex looking star chart which was located on the table infront of her before laying down her quill and leaning back into her chair to admire and check over her diagram

Emma quick shot up in bed and relised that she hadn't finished her homework yet. She got up and zoomed down the step and to a open chair by the window. She pulled out her work books, quill, ink and extra parchment. She looked outside to the open grounds, sighed and got to work.

Hi, I'm Ana, one of the mods. 3nodding (You're lucky you caught me in a good mood...) You should fill out a student application before you do anything else. You can do this at the student application thread. The second thing is that here, we roleplay in "story form." When you roleplay, it should look a bit as though you are writing a story. So you should use past tense and third person. Here's an example: JB walked into the common room. "Hi everyone! I just got accepted to Hogwarts. I'm a Gryffindor...I'm so excited! Have you had quidditch tryouts? I'm a beater myself, been playing with my older brothers since I was 6." He looked around at everyone, waiting for an answer. Obviously, that wasn't my best roleplay ever, but you get the picture. About quidditch: Go to the quidditch thread, and you can read out loooong discussion about it all. 3nodding
