"Mmhmm.." She nodded but then froze as Jc came in she threw something into the fire, looking rather upset at something. Adora feared speaking to her but wondered what caused her troubles.

Everett cast a worried glance at Jc. He needed to talk to her, but now was not the time. "Okay. Let's go Adora," he said, trying subliminally (sp?) to usher her out of the common room. Everett didn't want her to get upset on her first day.

*Jc noticed them when Everett had talked to Adora, once they left she broke down crying. She didn't want anyone to see her, but she couldn't help it. She wanted a friend, and she wanted to have the older brother that wanted to protect her, but all she got was the one who didn't even want to know that she was alive. She gave up love for him, and he didn't even see that.*

Everett bustled down the hallways, digging through his bag for a spare bit of parchment, while Adora followed hot on his heels.
He needed to write a note to Jc. He'd drop it on her desk during their first class.

*Jc finally stopped crying, she didn't know how long she was there, but she knew that she didn't have a first period class, which was good, because she would have missed most of it. She went up to her dorm, washed her face, and thought about the reasons why she was crying. She then did her hair, pulling it back and creating bangs to hid her eyes, but she swept them off to the side of her face and put the rest of her hair up in a clip so it showed in the back of her head. She grabbed her schedule to find out what she had next. She had Charms. She wondered what class was going on right now, that she didn't sign up for. She grabbed her books and headed for her charms class.*
((I know that there isn't a Charms classroom, but this is going to be important, unless you want to skip to the evening potions class))

CrystalRose ((She's not taking CoMC?)) ((Yep, no CoMC for Jc. I have Dexter in that class. It's one of the only ones that doesn't have Jc and Issac in it. I planned it this way. I left Everett all alone though))

Everett went to bed after a short vigil in front of the fireplace, trying to gather his thoughts. Sitting on his four-poster, he pulled off his socks.
One of his yearmates tried to engage him. Alex had always been somewhat of a class-clown, and tried to cheer his friend up. "What's got you down, bud? Girls?" He put on a mock-serious expression. "They're deadly, they are."
Everett just sighed. "Nothing, it's just school and.." He paused, pulling off his shirt. "Well, girls, but family too."
Alex nodded, a tad more serious. "Well, whatever it is, get some sleep. You'll need it," he said, laying back on his own bed and pulling the curtains shut.
Everett pulled the covers over his shoulders. Yea, he thought. I know...

Adora thanked Jc for helping her to the common room and headed up to bed and passed out in it, dreaming odd dreams of magical creatures, and using the spell she'd learned today, she also dreamed about people turning into animals, and she herself turning into one.

Adora awoke from her deep slumber and then pulled on some clothing, it was still slightly early but she couldn't sleep any longer once she woke up. She then headed down to the common room saying hellos to other housemates, and then she went down to the great hall.

*Jc entered through the portrait hole. She headed upstairs and started sifting through her items. The headmistress didn't say she needed her broom, just clothing, so she packed up her best muggle clothing. She also grabbed both a regular dark navy set of robes and her dad's invisiblity cloak which she had stole from her little brother two days before and she was keeping it for herself, but decided to bring it with her. She put everything in a backpack which she had brought with her. She then headed out, but then Fawkes called out to her, she turned around and with a look he flew to her shoulder. She shook her head, and then said to him.*
"You can't come, Fawkes, I need you to look over both Rc and the little one. I'll be back in three days, if not then come and look for me. Take care of them and yourself."
*Fawkes then flew off in the direction of the classrooms. Jc headed out thinking of nothing but what was going to happen.*

Joey shivered as she stared into the fire absentmindedly. She was in the common room, curled up on the sofa with her knees pulled up under her chin. After another strong shiver she suddenly snapped free from her thoughts and blinked around curiously. Remembering why she was down there after a few moments and leaning forward slightly, reaching out for the half finished homework she'd left on the low table.

Remmi sat in a big over stuffed chair in the Gryffindor common room reading a magazine.. His family owl, Trance had brought it to him this morning.. He sat there reading waiting for the next class to begin.. Free mornings were killer.. He looked at his watch and noticed it was about time to get going.. He grabbed his bag, stuffed is magazine in it and headed down to the great hall for a quick bite then he was off to class..
