Well, I helped a church in a less than safe area. They hold a alternative to trick or treating, for parents worried about kid's safety. The kids could play games to get candy and prizes. I helped at the fishing booth, and gained some battle scars from the bamboo 'fishing rods'. sweatdrop

crying I don't seen to have the ability to go through a holiday intact. . . My family goes to our traditional Thanksgiving lunch, and later when I'm getting ready to sleep, I pour water into my glass and drink it all. Turns out my dad was cleaning the glasses with hydrogen peroxide. . . xp While the stuff is not poisonous, it does make you very sick for a good amount of time. Sad thing is this isn't the first time this has happened to me. sweatdrop

Ohh poor Botanika, it is never fun to be sick on the holidays. I have had my fair share of holiday related sickness (esp since it took us a few years to realize I was allergic to christmas trees) and it is never fun. Hope you get better soon.

Wow... when will your dad learn? wink
Still can't believe you're allergic to Christmas trees, Ianthe. That's just not right.

I'm not sure who will remember me here, but you can consider me a mythic figure from the past .... Way back when I was actually the guy who started the Warrior Monks Guild before I handed over to Kura X (who handed over to Atsu) and began my travels through the mists of time ....
Anyhoo, now I'm back and hoping to breathe some life back into this former Guild of greatness. The face and landscape of Gaia has changed a lot since I was last year, and I could certainly use all your help in getting used to it, but I trust there is still a place for the Warrior Monks in Gaia (especially as one of their oldest and longest-serving Guilds). Long live the Monks!
