torrinne Seriously, I would hate to be stuck in vermont forever. It's too cold here for me. Seriously, I'm sitting here, in april, wearing a winter coat. That's how cold I get. I'm all for fleeing to someplace warm as soon as I get to college... that's so funny!! i live in Massachusetts, and...as soon as I can go to college, I wanna go somewhere colder!! i love the cold! blaugh

One time, when a commercial was playing for a constest for a dream vacation and it was showing pictures of a tropical paradise, he said, "Screw Hawaii, I'd go to Alaska."

Oh, I love winter, and snow, but I can't stand the cold. I freeze really easily. So I'm applying to colleges in Ohio, where it's warmer.

Did you know that down south they have to leave their homes for two weekends a year, spring and fall, so the whole house can be fiumigated?
Bugs rule the sunny south! That's why Hollywood Florida has cockroach competitions.
And palmetto bugs are the same thing, a roach with a suntan.
Deadly snakes, deadly spiders including the brown hermit, mostly live in the south.
And then there's all those redneck red state bigots to deal with.
No thank you.

*Wow this topic has lasted for nine months!*
I'm not sure at this point. I will leave Maine, cuz I don't want any reason to live with my family, but my dream college is in Vermont, so I'm not sure. I may very well end up staying in NE for ever, even though I plan to travel after/during college.
