So hard... but Companions choose people. If I had the Alta/Karal relationship I would want a Firecat.
But I still want to be a Herald.

yeah, heralds have it going for them. i have to agree that the Companion/herald relationship is usually better than the FIrecats relationship with.. well, whomever.

I would choose Firecats because I love heart cats. But Companions are also really cool.

You know that's hard question. After Karse and Valdemar became allies you really can't be on the side of either. I love Solaris. But yeah I dunno which one I would choose, probably a companion since I love horseriding, though I do love cats too....

Fire cats are cocky, and dont 'actually' attach themselves to people, they're just... there.
Suns of the Suns are cooler than heralds, because they can actually SPEAK to Vkandis SunLord.
What do herals speak to? oh yeah. THemselves, their horses, and the monarch.
FireCats are rarer, because they're rincars of SotS, and theres only one of thoes around until they die and get replaced.
Firecats = Cooler.

You make an excellent point... I agree. Fire cats are so much fun. They'll never give you the exact answer you want - infuriating, yet endearing.
