Yami Baku -Zidane__Tribal- Thanks man! lol i think that if we can come up with some sort of a Draft letter that we can send to everyone then we can start Pming the members and thus let the other mods start their rampage with Sledge hammers and Bulldozers Oh my! xd Well, I'll let you guys come up with that. My grammar has gone down the tube. I can't even spell "guard" right in my English homework... xp Oh yeah, instead of just talking, why not get on with it already? But yes, I am off for the next week - however, I'm going to San Diego for vacation [some vacation. I wanted to go to annapolis] for half of that and I have a bunch of projects... xp So yes, I'll try to be online as much as I can. And I'll supply the ideas, but I can't guarantee I'll be there to carry them out. We need a guild meeting, but how can we do that...? Does everyone have MSN? confused

The ideal time for you may not be the ideal time for me...and the ideal time for KC may not be the ideal time for you. It's all about how much we're willing to sacrifice for this guild. But yeah, bad news guys - I have to go to San Diego for 3 days [starting tomorrow]...so yeah. Some family vacation. xp I'll be back on Wednesday, and I'll be available pretty much all day. Thus, I'll let you guys decide on the time [but nothing like 3 AM/ PST]! We could probably get one of those chatrooms...irc or something like that.

Yami Baku Hello, I'd like to inform you that the Ultimate Final Fantasy Guild [UFFG] has been closed down for reformation due to the inactivity of its members. We will be reopening it up shortly. However, in order to prevent the problem of inactivity from happening again, I will be asking for a renewal of commitment now. If you would like to remain in the UFFG, please reply to this PM within 3 days of opening it. However, if you say yes, remember that you are now committed to the UFFG and I expect you to attend and post at least once a week, along with attending 50% of the events and contributing to the guild when it's necessary. If these conditions are not kept after the commitment is made, you will lose your membership without warning.If you do not wish to remain a member of the UFFG, please ignore this letter and your membership will be removed. Thank you for your time, I hope you wish to stay in the UFFG. However, if you do not - thank you for the past commitment you have made to us. It is well appreciated. OK Yami that letter looks good to go..
Well Unless someone else wants to help with the PMing... on my records the people who can help with Pm'ing are:
Myself
Kazu-Yoshi
and [ ~ Tasteless Imagery ~ ]
As it currently stands there are 8 pages of members... and so if one more person were to help out then it would be roughly 2 pages each.
This is how i've divided the pages up for us Pming people..
-Zidane__Tribal-: Pages 1-2
Kazu-Yoshi: Pages 3-4
[ ~ Tasteless Imagery ~ ]: Pages 7-8
Andserkiel: Pages 5-6
Thats it from me for now.. Get Pm'ing guys!

Do I have to reply to it myself? confused Sorta.. What i did was Quote Yami's post. Coppy the information Pasted it into a blank Note pade doc.
then have one window open that is on the memberlist page, open another window for Pm'ing and keep the Word pad doc open.
Starting on your set page highlight the first name copy it, start a new PM and paste the name into the User field. then type something like: UFFG Reformation in the subject
Now return to your Word pad. Highlight everything and copy + paste it into the Pm
Click Send.
make sure to take note when you send the PM because the reciever has 3 days from when you send it to respond..
Take note of those who respond in Word pad or something.. then after were all finished we'll put our lists together and start deleting people..
So basiclly:
Pm them as sugested above..
Make a list of those who replyed.
Got it? ^^

Yup! While waiting for your reply I had already copied the memberlist pages into word. I found out that I have made over a 100 posts in this guild! Many have made none so they are likely to go. 3 days, right *runs off + gets busy*
