Painted Moose
Ariya took a deep breath as she both noticed the pout her mate was giving and heard the statement. She paused for a second before she turned her head to look around at the destruction. Another moment of silence and she brought her gaze back to Ujana. "I don't like it." Her head gave a single confirming nod.
"However, we have established I can be on the lazy side. Traveling requires me not having a permanent home and bed to return to each night." The only reason she'd lost weight in her later years was due to the threat the Dretch had brought to her and the kids. Otherwise Ujana would still have a chubby girlfriend. "I also do not like the thought of you being away from me but I will not keep you here if it is not what you want." This time it was her shoulders that moved, coming up in a shrug and going back down as she took a step back.
Ariya had thought to be affectionate with the leaf woman but clearly she was in no mood for it. So the alk stepped over to the hammer she'd set down and picked it up. She stared at it for a second then went back to Ujana and handed it over. "If you are not happy here with me and the kids then go travel. I will stay here with them and make sure they are set on their paths and that the other two have a home to come back to." She looked around at the destruction of the tavern. "I'll do what I can with the wreckage later."
