Points updated! OK, this is a weird situation. The rules state that an Autopick gets the same points as the worst place finisher. However, the worst place finisher received the most points this week thanks to stage points. Do you guys think this is something that needs to be looked at for next season? I have to admit, I feel kinda cheaty the way things worked out. I shouldn't be getting more points than someone else on an autopick! sweatdrop

Maybe not count the stage points for autopick? Idk just a suggestion but Stage Points really have been making a huge difference it seems for drivers this season
I still love competing in this league but I feel like the social aspect of NAMG Fantasy has lost it's touch sad It makes me sad

Wow, I feel like Martin and me got robbed. That was one of the few times I've thrown something in disgust at the end of that race. To be fair though, if I had picked Kyle Larson, I would have been doing a happy dance. wahmbulance
Bizarre race. Nascar race control had a really off week, lots of issues. Steve O'Donnell got on XM radio this morning and said they were looking into what went wrong.
First, they throw a caution when Matt Kenseth locks up a tire. Didn't spin or hit anything or even get squirrely. Later, during another caution, they open pit road while an ambulance is by the entrance. Everyone has to do dodge it and in the chaos Matt Kenseth runs into Clint Bowyer, which takes the radiator out of the #20 and ends his night.
Then, at the end of the race, Martin Truex Jr. has a 3.5 second lead when Derrick Cope brushes the wall with 4 laps to go and they throw another caution. Kyle Larson beats the #78 off of pit road to take the lead, and during overtime, Denny Hamlin gets into Martin Truex Jr. and spins him into the wall, where he finishes 20th after dominating the last half of the race.
After the race, they award Martin the trophy for the regular season championship in a very awkward ceremony.
