Lord Arryn smiled as the woman took hold of his hand. “Great! Let’s go home.” He said as he guided her back to his carriage.

Lord Arryn lived in a large luxurious manor with his two parents; both very prestigious royals in the city. They all sat down on a very expensive couch in front of an open fire with the guards standing closely behind both parents.
“Looks like our son brought home another guest.” The father said with a bright smile as he observed Aaliyah loosely.
“Oh my. So it would seem. How many does this make?” The mother replied as she looked at her son lovingly before turning her eyes to the woman.
“Mother….” Lord Arryn replied, a flush tint to his cheeks as he chuckled.
The father took hold of his teacup as he brought it to his lips and sipped gingerly at the liquid. “So your plan is to make a name for yourself in the imperial capital, correct?” he asked Aaliyah. “As you may know, the capital is a wonderful and peaceful place however it is bordered by squandering tribes on three sides. If you are to enlist, you may be expected to join in the fight. Are you prepared for that?” he asked her.
