Can younglings participate?

The familiar is a backstock familiar picked at random.

Unfortunately younglings cannot participate. They are too young to utilize the system.

For the At Large World Event can you get battle req if you rp it out with someone else?

Yes! As long as it is RPed with another character, you can earn RP points from the event.
