"I was around then, I mean, I don't think I participated in everything that went down... but my ex ended up in a Coma, and there was this... fun... round where a nega freaking shot me. I was in the hospital for a while because getting shot with an arrow isn't all cupid and roses apparently."

It had sucked, rather horribly, but if she could make a joke out of being run over by a reindeer...

"Were you like wearing a gray hat or something? I thought only Grandma got run over by a Reindeer?" He joked.

"I got cut up one of my first nights out, my brother freaked because he almost didn't find me in time." It'd been one of her worse experience, her first tangle with death and now - now it seemed trivial because she'd faced death so many times and was still standing.

"You know, I wasn't. I'm pretty sure I was wearing a bright green peacoat, but I mean I guess I could've looked like a grandma." She laughed, bright and light hearted.

"So Jamie," she said slowly, wry grin across pink lips, "after we get back to Earth. We should go get coffee or do food and just exist. If you want, of course."
