Personality:Im said to be always caught in a dream/blissful like state. It's difficult to offend me and i'm usually always calm and relaxed, as well as kind and caring. Though I'm not perfect, there are moments where even I need to take a step back to regather myself. I'm also well organized in my own way, though it looks like a mess to some. Unfortunately, through my kindness and such i'm often mistaken as naive and oblivious to how cruel the world can be. This is not the case, i've been there before and I simply choose to try and see the good in everyone and everything.

Bio: I feel as if I should start singing the Gospel Truth from when the world was new, haha. Well that wouldn't be completely wrong as i've been around almost as long as Zlido, or rather what it was back then when the country was first starting out. It wasn't much, but it eventually expanded little by little. In a way we considered this country our land.

Somewhere down the line Lohrith and Reim appeared seemingly out of no where. The current 'governors' at the time were dissatisfied with this. I can't say what was their thought process on it but they left them alone until it seemed as if these two cities would become a threat in some way. So of course what made sense at the time was to start wars and such to push our government onto them, essentially try and take the cities as our own. Not like I have that much room to criticize their actions, having done no better myself.

Anyway, I wasn't one to really question what I was told as long as the logic made sense in some way, in short I unfortunately took part in some of this while other's left having saw this to be wrong. It was after that I actually took a moment to decide for myself if this was actually right or not. In the end I was unsure and did nothing at all. Which to some, is worse or just as bad. Though, I knew at least one thing. I couldn't stay there either.

I moved out to Lohrith, where I then spent a good portion of my life. I frequently traveled to other cities as well when I could, but for the most part I stayed in Lohrith. It was easier to ignore what was going on there than anywhere else. For they had choose to back down from the rule of the government as long as they were still able to continue their practices. Which they were as far as I knew, however there was a particular person named Rasmus that had started to win public favor. I was able to become close friends with him as well and saw him grow to become the governor of the city. Well, as much as I like him along with the other's...I dont really approve of what he has done.

As time passed the government became less of what it was and were more of figure heads of a the city and controlled some of went on. Honestly? It was probably for the better, yet even so nothing was done to fix the errors of the past or problems that came from them.

While I had chosen to stay away from most of it, I finally decided to move back to Zlido roughly 550 years back and become the Governor there. Perhaps to try and fix some of it? I dont mean to act like I fully understand their pains or become some kind of messiah to "repent for my sins". I just want to take a stance for once on my own terms and hopefully restore peace as well.

I'll say so far it has been interesting. Not everyday is filled with something to do, but I happened to come across a young man recently who spilled quite the amount of resumes and his coffee on me. Well I didn't realize what that was until I caught one of them. I couldn't help but to feel a little bad for him so I put in a good word for him as we were looking for a new receptionist and now he works in the building taking calls for the most part. Abilities:
Water Manipulation: I can move water around in its various forms and change it as well. I can also draw water out from plants to use it should I ever need to. Alongside that, any drink that has enough water in it I'm able to move that around as well. I cannot move an entire ocean or sea all at once, however I can move entire lakes as well as cause mini tsunamis. Despite being mini they can still be destructive and rather lethal.
Water purification: I can purify contaminated water sources, only a gallon at a time though.
Lunar Energy:This attack is stronger at night due to the moon being more visible then, I can try to during the day but it'll be incredibly weak . It appears as a yellowish/silver glow and leaves a burning sensation similar to a sunburn since the moon reflects the sun's light, though its a little worse as it counties to "eat away" at the skin for a few minuets after. Though, I can only channel it through my fans and not as actual bursts or anything as such, but it does have an "after glow" that extends the fans by a couple of inches and do the cool slashy thing. When using paper fans it helps strengthen them as well. Cloud cover also weakens this but I can still use it.
Flight: Only in "bird" form
Weapons: Water and fans, both metal and paper some that extend to roughly 3 feet in length and the metal ones have sharp edges.

Personality: I'm sleep deprived and in a not give a s**t mood at least a good 90% of the time. Maybe? Despite this im still a pretty smart guy and can get the job done. I've also been known to lose stuff and i'm rather disorganized. Probably because I'm usually running off 5 minuets of sleep and all of the caffeine and energy drinks. That being said, im pretty jittery and my attention span is s**t.
Bio: I was born and raised here in Drowwood and some where along the line I lost the ability to sleep.

Anyhow I grew up in a good home and got my education from some strange public highshool and did my time in collage. Pretty cut and dry but yo, not all of us had tragic cool pasts or strange happenings. As for me? I just dont sleep anymore and maybe on a good day I see something crazy like old women steals motorcycle. But no man, my life was pretty tame and normal.

More onto my life now im a pretty good at my job, on a grading scale maybe an B and A- when I actually get sleep. As for the androids? Fight the power my dudes. Fight the power.
