That is... a lot of over-thinking, sparkle, to be honest.
Let me give you a real world comparison. You were born in a certain place. There is absolutely nothing keeping you there, technically. You have the whole world available to you, wherever you can afford to live. How long can you visit family in another city? How long can you be at the library, the grocery store, or school?
Same with the Gladiers [not star chasers, that is the shop name, not the animal], they have freedom of their world. They are only able to stay in Gaia, the human world, if they stay in the bookshop, but the only way you'd be RPing in the bookshop is if you were doing casual one line RP in the main shop thread.
Each Gladier species originates from a specific island. They can travel to any point in the Spiraglades. They can live anywhere in the Spiraglades. They can exist as they choose. As I mentioned in the main shop, they don't have technology and they don't have human social constructs.
If I understand all the vagueness of the word 'area' in your questions... the regions are labeled with danger levels due to the original quest system that, if you read in the first two posts, was never being considered. A lot of my original RPers like the danger ratings, so I will keep them when I seek a map maker and revisit the descriptions to not involve quest dialogue. They mean if you take a kit into a red area, something might try to eat it and it isn't powerful enough to get away. So probably don't do that; no need to traumatize your kit.
Hopefully, that helps and is not terribly too illogical to understand. We don't have all that many restrictions, I don't think. Please just write and have fun, don't over think yourself into a corner!
