Hidden in a massive delta created by the largest and sharpest rock faces in the dune seas, the township of Adjule is a sprawling place of life. There is never a dull moment and the city never sleeps. Every night there is a party, act opera, or play going on that makes the sky get lit up with lights and cries of enjoyment. The city was built on bed rock, claimed by the sands and then reclaimed by man over and over for hundreds of years, until the city grew high enough to block out the winds on their own or channel them into the sea nearby. Staking its claim as the artistic center of the world, the city and its people stand up to that claim and often times excel at it. The best artists, singers, musicians, designers, dancers, and writers ether were born and raised here or were trained here.

but for all this beauty and glory the city is plagued by a curse that shuts it down for most commerce out sides its own borders. a wild wind whips across the land. it has enough force to bury mountains in sand, or reveal them. and this kind of threat hits the city as well. nicked named the winds of hell, or Gehenna winds. when people are brave enough to venture out into the storms they come back inside caked in sand from head to toe. the tell a tale of blindness because the sharp winds that whips the sands like they were knives around your body, and a heat that feels like mid day at he dead of night. the winds come every three months like clock work and last for a month. needless to say the city built a series of tunnels so it could survive and move the sands out after the storm but during that month nothing comes in or out of the city.
