Even if his shoulder would be sore later, he would tend to it when he was home where no one would notice. He was a bit surprised to hear that Slyvanus was their new leader, and he did cast a brief glance towards Jayce almost concerned before he looked back at Slyvanus burying his concern for now. He truly wasn't that surprised that he hadn't been alerted about it, but considering he had been in charge of recruitment and the news hadn't reached him he was more disappointed in himself than anything else.
He waited until he heard his name messed up for the second time, Anakin? Who's Jerry? Oh, he likely means Jayce. He did his best not to shudder at the thought of Jayce using him as target practice of any kind. For now he pushed the thought aside as he took in a quick breath through his nose to steel his nerves.
"Oh, it's nothing too dire as of yet. Just a Kitsune resident here in Lohrith, I likely wandered too close to his territory while I was keeping track of the potential recruit when he blocked my path with fox fire." He finished his quick summary of what had happened turning to Jayce for a moment wondering if Jayce had said anything on the issue before or not before he turned back to Slyvanus. ║▌│█│║▌║││█║▌│║║█║█║▌│█║▌│║║█║ GЯIϺ ϨҢΛDϴШ║▌│█│║▌║││█║▌│║║█║█║▌│█║▌│║║█║

Sylvanus grinned at Jayce, doing his best to ignore most of the whining coming from his brother. But it wasn't working
He was actually beginning to push his limits, mostly because he was starting to be a little more irksome than Sylvanus remembered. Back when they were younger he had tolerated it for the most part to avoid trouble but now....though Jayce had already threatened him. It was becoming more clear that Elijah acted like he was unphased by most of what went on or rather, took what was said and ran away with them however he wished just to fill his own ego. Well, it was time to start fixing that.
While Sylvanus didn't have to, he raised his hand and made a small flicking like motion in his brother's direction, giving him a few seconds to process what was happening before the chair spontaneously combusted. "You might want to work on knowing your place Elijah sweety because if Jayce finds you a nuisance, then i'll let him do whatever he deems fit if I dont get to you first." He said plainly, smiling over at his brother. If he choose to not take the hint now, then there would be hell to pay for it later on. Especially now that they didn't have their "parents" to watch over them. Though, even then they both did a s**t job at that other than making sure the brothers kept up a good family name and that they didn't kill each other. This freedom was actually starting to look better than Sylvanus expected it too.
He was going to redirect his attention back over to the recruiter when Eiri sat by Jayce, becoming a new distraction for him. Mostly in what she was saying that caught his attention. He recalled there being a crowed when the fight happened, but even then Vincent was gone for two weeks now and there was a three day buffer from when he took over. Who else didn't know? It better just be her other wise this was beyond sad.
"Forget about them for now- actually, Elsa be a good brother and watch over that fox for me as well. I'm sure you'll enjoy that much more than just simple gossip."He grinned and got up from his seat. The meeting would have been over, but something was brought to his attention that might need to be addressed again for any other member that somehow missed the memo.
Truthfully he was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and just say it was Eiri who didnt know. As far as he was concerned she was a little too scatter minded to even bother with trying to get her to remember anything. "Lets play a new game. How about a quiz instead?"He said, moving over to where Eli might have gone. "Tell me brother dear, how long has Vincent has been missing and what was done that has allowed me to talk in front of you beautiful people?"He said with a small pause before answering his own question, giving the other little time to respond. "That's right! Two weeks and I fought Jayce in order to become your leader!"He said as if Eli did respond and moved over to the second in command. "Congratulations you get the same question! But this should be easy for you to answer because you were there. Amazing isn't it!" Sylvanus then turned his attention over to Eiri, "Now you my dear, are excused from this quiz because fate's light shines upon you as the chosen one!" He smiled at her, before moving over to Aeron, draping his arm around the boy's shoulders. "Now this question is a real doozy, I don't know if you'll be able to answer it, but- How long as Vincent been missing and how did I become your new leader? If you're thinking two weeks and that I fought the second in command then you are correct!" He was about to move over to some other random member, when another caught his attention in the worse way.
Oh she was already obnoxious. "Have you heard of the saying that there is a time in place for everything?"He asked as a wicked grin crept across his face as he approached the table. While the girl already realized her mistake, it was to late for that now. Assuming that she was in the crowed and not up here with the others, Sylvanus could only gather that she held a low rank.In short, she was the most disposable one to speak up.

❖ "Oh, I'll never forget you called me beautiful," Elijah cooed, smiling pleasantly at Jayce. That's right, sit on the ground, dog. That's all you've ever been, after all. Someone else's pet. They're play-thing. Eli watched with a false boredom as Sylvanus raised his hand in his direction, not missing a beat when it came to his brother. Elijah jumped up from his chair and backed away, the carefree look wiped clean from his face. Instead it was replaced with something few members of the gang had ever seen. He looked serious, to say the least. The corners of his mouth twitched into a frown and his brow furrowed. He was angry now. Looks like he couldn't push Von around like he used to, but that wasn't the biggest loss here. He was pretty sure some char got onto his suit. Sylvanus was paying for a new one later. "Yes, Sylvanus honey," Eli replied, bowing his head respectfully. There wasn't anything he could do, and he knew that. It was clear than ever that Eli was furious about it.
Not even his little prince could lighten his mood, and Kitsunes interfering was nothing new. He honestly wouldn't have even thought to inspect what it was until he was ordered to by Von. Eli nodded and turned to Aeron, the full force of his glare being directed at him. Sorry sweety, gotta find an outlet somewhere. "Aeron, baby, you'll have to tell me where to look for that pesky fox," Eli cooed, but there wasn't a hint of affection in his voice towards the male. As far as he was concerned, this was his fault for coming in late and causing this mess.
Then Von's attention was turned back to him after Eiri blew it, once again. How was someone such an idiot? That thing was a nuisance. Honestly, she should die. Honestly, he would kill her if he could get away with it. And, honestly, he'd been plotting her murder since day one. Slit her throat, burn the corpse, hide the ashes in Jayce's food and watch with pleasure as he ate his dearly beloved bubbly little pimple on the face of this gang. When Sylvanus came up to him to quiz him, he stared indignantly for a second before opening his mouth, knowing full well that he was not going to answer this question. Though he would have loved reminding everyone that Jayce got beaten to a ******** pulp by Von. He hated Jayce too, by the way. Elijah could just stand his presence more,
Right in between Sylvanus' little show there was a loud crunch, and the entire room seemed to tense up, all attention focused on who had caused it. Everyone was staring at Kaylin, and she had as much tact as a two year old. Eli's eyes widened, and he scowled at his agent. How could anyone be so disgusting and stupid? She needed to be dealt with, one way or a-murder. Oh, looks like she was a little self aware with how her face scrunched up like she was sucking on a lemon. But he needed her. He'd planned on Kaylin doing his grunt work today. Elijah took out one of his many business cards and, with a deadly force, sent it flying through the air and sank it halfway into her apple. So she wouldn't be tempted to eat it again, he ignited it with the snap of his fingers. "Sylvanus. I'll take care of her after the meeting," Eli said, watching his brother carefully. It was heavily suggested that blood would be spilled.

back off."◄  ¤¸¸.·´¯`·.¸.·>>--» «--<<·.¸¸·´¯`·.¸¸¤ "I can't tell if you just have a death wish, or if you really are this stupid." ¤¸¸.·´¯`·.¸.·>>--» «--<<·.¸¸·´¯`·.¸¸¤ Once again, Jayce chose silence over speaking, only this time it wasn't because he was stuck in some strange space out that kept him from doing so. It was because Von was speaking, and the group was moving around, reacting. He didn't have time to offer a sarcastic remark back at him for his Judas comment. Though he did at least look in his direction and offer a roll of his eyes before he turned back away and towards the rest of the gang. Although when Eli spoke again, his attention shifted back in their direction, his gaze locking on him as he said he'd never forget he had called him beautiful. Of course Jayce wasn't actually calling him beautiful but even if he explained that it wouldn't matter, Eli wasn't stupid, as much as he tried to make the brother out to be at times, it wasn't like he wouldn't know. Just as Jayce knew the smile he offered was completely fake, or at least, it wasn't meant in any form of kindness.
"If anything, it would be mocking." He muttered to himself, just barely catching the movement Von had made before the chair Eli had been sitting on had caught fire. A relatively quick response from the guy, even if Sylvanus had technically given a small warning to what he was about to do. That was something Jayce could appreciate about the brother. He was observant, even if he always seemed to be wrapped up in his own little world. It made it more difficult for him to catch the guy off guard, and that, was amusing to him. People who were too easy to catch often bored him. Though then again, it was annoying to have to chase someone down for hours on end when you needed to finish a job quickly. Unless of course that was what he was in the mood to do.
He was about to shift his gaze back to the gang when he heard Sylvanus' comment towards Eli, and instead he looked to him, until another movement caught his attention. It was Eiri, moving across the room to sit next to him. Somewhere in the background he heard Aeron speaking, but at this point, his focus was completely broken.
"Eiri...what are you doing..Sylvanus isn't like Vincent you need to be a bit more caref...." He cut off suddenly as he heard Von speaking to Eli. It wasn't information that would be considered as important to him, but he still wanted to make sure he heard. His gaze shifted over towards Aeron however for a moment just in time to catch the questioning look the male had thrown in his direction, and he cocked his head to the side a bit, wondering what that was all about. If it was about the fox situation, it wasn't his problem, nor was it his place to talk about it, unless he was asked. If it was something else, he could always approach to ask him after the meeting was over. Though it seemed like Eli's focus had also turned on the recruiter, and the way he spoke to him, and the way his tone had changed in general actually managed to make Jayce snap his gaze over towards him. The serious side of the male, the more threatening one, something he hardly ever saw, but when he did, he was always one to pay close attention, and he would be lying if he said he didn't find it at least somewhat amusing and...he would never say this out loud, maybe even attractive. It wasn't enough to make him willing to let the guy try for him, but it was interesting nonetheless.
After a moment he turned back to Eiri, though he kept his focus on the room around him still, as he wanted to make sure he didn't miss anything that was said. Though it seemed like, unfortunately, Eiri had in fact caught Von's attention.
"Eiri...no..unfortunately I did not choose him. Not exactly anyways..." He said quietly in response to her question, the sudden tension in the room making it clear that Sylvanus had probably gotten up from his chair. "It's nothing as nice as that might have been if it were the case. It also wasn't my most prideful moment... not that pride matters all that much to me mind you." He managed to say before Von's voice suddenly broke him away from his explanation. He had a feeling he knew where this "quiz" was headed. Eiri hadn't exactly been the quietest when she asked him the questions, and her asking who Sylvanus was earlier in the meeting probably hadn't helped any. When he heard Vincent's name, he immediately cringed, knowing he was right about what Von was doing. Well anyone who hadn't known about his loss, would know now. He wondered vaguely about how Eiri would react to the news, but chose to look away and towards the ground instead of at her.  He may not be able to feel shame, but he still knew when he had failed, and knew there was a chance the others might lose some respect for him if they knew. If he was anything, it was perhaps a little worried. But then again, even if they did lose some respect for him, he wouldn't let it stay that way for long. If he was asked about it he'd admit to it straight out. He lost, yes, but honestly, if Sylvanus was able to beat him, especially when he was so unstable at the time, the man deserved his position. If he had still refused to allow him to take the lead position even after losing, THAT would have really lost him the most respect, and then, he probably would have been in some kind of trouble. There was also the fact that before he had come along, things were getting to be a bit chaotic, and while yes, he was unstable and even he knew how he could get while he was, if everyone had planned against him and tried to attack, he would have had to hurt or take out several of the members to get them to back off, and that wouldn't have been good for anyone. Especially not the gang. To be honest, he was glad Von had come along to take over when he did in one way or another, even if he did still want Vincent to come back.
When Von reached him, he looked up at the male, a small flash of resentment flickering through his eyes as he did so that was gone rather quickly. Though he knew he wasn't actually being asked, he did flick his gaze to the gang for a moment, meeting each members eyes, even Eli's, before he responded.
"Though you aren't expecting an actual answer. Simply put, I lost in a fight with you, and we had an agreement that if I did, you would take over as leader" He said, his voice monotone as he did so, so as to not show any of the emotions he might be feeling towards the situation. "And I don't think I need to tell you how long Vincent has been missing." He muttered the last part, his gaze resting back on Eiri as Von moved over to her, telling her she was excused from the quiz. Blinking, he looked from her to him and back. So it seemed Sylvanus actually liked her in some way. That was a relief to him. Though he had a feeling there was a certain someone who absolutely would not be pleased by his words towards the girl.
After he'd spoken to her, his attention had remained on the girl, as Jayce knew Von would just continue on with the same question until he was satisfied, and he didn't feel the need to listen to it over and over again or to take part in that conversation. He was waiting to see how she responded to everything, and would be lying if he said he wasn't at least slightly worried about what she'd think of him losing. The next moment however, another sound caught his attention, and he stiffened as the room fell silent for a moment. Slowly, he turned his gaze in the direction of where the sound had come from, and when it landed on the culprit, his eyes narrowed, silver ring in his eyes flashing bright as she even decided to speak, not seeming to get it till after the fact that she had done something incredibly stupid.
Kaylin. Really? How stupid could she be? Weren't the agents supposed to be masters of knowing when to draw attention to themselves and when not to? This should have been a rather obvious situation. How the hell could she have missed that? He was about to open his mouth to say something to her when he was cut off by Eli throwing a card into her apple, and catching it on fire to make sure she got the point. He looked towards him to see his expression, and though he didn't see much of one, the tone of his voice, he knew, suggested the girl would pay for her idiocy. For a moment he couldn't look away from him, but when he finally managed, he turned on Kaylin.
"How stupid can you be girl? Honestly." His voice came out as a low growl. He knew it wasn't necessary for him to add anything, but he felt he couldn't just go without saying anything at all. He was sure Eli would handle the situation well enough, but she absolutely needed to know she had ******** up.
'I have to admit though, Eli is pretty good at losing my respect, and regaining it just as quickly sometimes. Since she had stopped listening to Sylvanus, she didn’t catch his gesture to Eli and as a result the chair suddenly catching on fire caused her to jump about a foot in the air. She watched stunned for a moment as it burned. At least Eli got out of the way in time. When it looked like no one else was going to do anything, she gestured at the chair, willing the flames to die down till they were nothing but scorch marks with a few glowing ashes. No one was going to be able to sit in it for a while, but at least it wouldn’t continue to burn and heat up the room.
She turned back to Jayce when he started talking. Of course Sylvanus and Vincent weren’t the same. They are two different people, she thought, not sure at what Jayce was getting at. She followed his gaze to Eli and Aeron. They were talking about a fox and she quickly tuned them back out. Foxes were not her job. She liked animals, but they didn’t always like her.
She snapped back to attention when Jayce turned back to her. She tried to pretend she hadn’t drifted, but he most likely knew that she did. She tired to give him her undivided attention and it lasted for a minute, but then Sylvanus got up and started saying something about a game. She was able to catch that he didn’t choose and something about pride, but honestly she wasn’t sure what he was getting at. Not that she had much time to think about it before Sylvanus started talking. She wasn’t that surprised at the two weeks fact. It wouldn’t be the first or last time she lost track of how many days had past. The fact that he beat Jayce was surprising and she couldn’t help but glance at the person in question. He was looking at the ground. She pouted; she didn’t want Jayce to feel bad that he lost. Deciding that it wouldn’t do for him to brood, she flopped across his lap. That way he would have to see her. She gave him an encouraging smile.
She glanced up at Sylvanus when he came over to them. It was a bit odd to look up at him from that angle, but she didn’t want to move. After he asked Jayce, she was a little worried that he was going to yell at her cause she didn’t know when she came in, but surprisingly he didn’t. Honestly she wasn’t sure how to feel about him. He was mean to others but also not at the same time. It was a bit confusing, but she decided for the moment he wasn’t an awful person. So, she smiled up at him and watched him walk away and confront Aeron.
Her smile disappeared and was replaced with confusion when she heard the sound of someone eating. She couldn’t tell who it was at first, cause she was on the ground. They introduced themselves though, so it only took her a moment to find a face for the name. From what Eiri remembered of her, she wasn’t a bad person. Though she was confused as to why she was suddenly introducing herself. Not the best timing, judging from the sudden silence. She watched wide-eyed as Sylvanus walked up to her. She wasn’t sure what he was going to do, but she hoped that this room wasn’t about to look like the one next door. Though those fears were eased somewhat when Eli lit her apple on fire and said he would take care of it later. I feel so bad for you, she thought, wincing when Jayce growled at her. Please don’t ******** up, she thought watching the scene unfold. If this had been a meeting with Vincent she might have tried to diffuse the situation, but she honestly wasn’t sure there was anything she could do to help. Not without throwing herself under the bus. Kaylin was a nice person, but Eiri wasn’t that selfless. Though if it got any worse she would probably do something.

A vote? Even I wouldn't have missed something as important as that, unless Jayce had picked Slyvanus in secret, even then recruiting new members is my territory. Von had not been someone he had brought up to Jayce and Vincent. So this likely happened under the radar, along with Vincent's disappearance.
He nodded to Elijah when he was told to give the information over to him. He could tell the coo wasn't of kindness or affection towards him, the glare he was receiving from Eli confirmed as such to him, he didn't flinch though, he remained calm. "Of course, after the meeting I will tell you everything that I know involving the Kitsune." This was business, he knew better, but he did force a convincing smile. He would smile even if he didn't feel it, that was his job, take orders, smile, observe, report, recruit, repeat. Wash, Rinse, Repeat. He would lie through that smile, even at death's door as if welcoming the end.
When Slyvanus started talking again, he listened intently to each question and answer, each statement was important knowledge in relation to their current situation after all. He didn't tense up when Slyvanus approached him, feeling the weight of his arm draped across his shoulder. His expression was stoic as he waited through it all, paying as close attention as he possibly could to this. His grip loosening from around the pendant under his jacket, the gloved fingers curling into a fist against his chest just above it.
He was waiting, this quiz had been a grouping of the same rhetorical ques-The sound of someone biting into an apple had been unmistakable and had pulled him from his thoughts. The tension on the air that had followed that sound, he could almost taste it, it was bitter, like rusted metal. He took in a quiet breath, closing his eyes for a moment before opening them again. He turned his gaze towards where everyone had looked, Kaylin Crest. Had his choice in recruits been wrong? She had potential in his eyes before this moment. Now he felt as if for once his judgement had been wrong. He would need to look over his notes he had taken before she had joined them.

Kaylin Crest || Pyherra || Hellfire Syndicate ┏━━━━━━━━━┓ A fun event fell into her lap. Not only was she being scolded by their leader, but she'd also be scolded afterwards but that was besides the point. No pain, no gain. Besides, it wouldn't be like it was the worst thing that could happen. She'd had worse growing up on the streets anyway and always felt responsible when seeing someone getting a stern talking to. She simply feigned ignorance and swayed into the back line, her lips slightly curling at its tips. 'Its not fun without a little drama. He was practically dying, wanting more than anything to make her the first example should the wrong words leave her mouth. But it didn't happen.A card whizzed by, landing in the apple and catching fire.
His attention now broken, he turned to look at Eli, knowing well enough that it was his card. His eyes narrowed at him for a moment before his facial expression softened up into a smile. At first he almost wanted to be angry at him for doing that. But with how quickly he reacted, Sylvanus put two and two together. She was one of his little spies. It was better that he kept one of his own in check rather than do it for him. Besides, he was much more interested in how Eli intended to handle that. "Thank you brother."He said with a grin, easing off. It also seemed as if the girl backed down from that as well, knowing just how much she messed up. It was good that she stopped when she did to. He then gave her a small smile, but there wasn't a hint of kindness in it.
"Now that's over with- Eli make sure to properly handle that fox.You don't want me to get involved with that. As for the rest of you see to that those rumors get around, I'd prefer to not have to deal with outsiders sooner than I have to with questions about Vincent. Meeting dismissed." he said coldly, to wrap it all up, and turned to leave the operation room.
Truthfully, he was now lost after he had left. Not that he would admit that to Jayce if he was following him. Just pretend like he knew what he was doing and where he was going. He'd get there eventually. Somehow.

❖ Elijah felt a wave of pleasure wash over him as he watched his agent walk solemnly away. He would have to deal with her after he took care of Sylvanus' orders. Thats right b***h, back of the line, he cooed at her inwardly, immediately turning toward Sylvanus when he heard him speak. And boy, did those words speak volumes to him. Being acknowledged as family in front of the entire gang? Oh Vonny you spoil me! I'll never forget this, you beautiful, wonderful b*****d! You're the best, the absolute best~! Elijah had to hide his giddiness, however. He couldn't just ruin how cool he looked right now. Instead he smiled and gave a small nod. After this was over he would definitely be giving Sylvanus the biggest hug ever.
"The fox will be dealt with accordingly," he assured, his voice full of the utmost confidence in himself. He was, in fact, the best thing sine sliced bread. Those rumors would be easy to track for a while, but he wasn't looking forward to the grunt work that it would involve. These legs were long and beautiful, but they weren't meant for doing a lot of walking. Elijah watched Sylvanus leave, 97% sure that he had no clue where he was going the moment he left. Hopefully Jayce the dog and his dirty little friend tagged along, because there was no way the Von would ask for directions.
Elijah took the initiative with Aeron and motioned for him to stand aside, watching all the rats file out of the room. "Sorry for the daggers eariler, Aeron sweetie. So, where should I look for this little troublesome fox?" He asked, patting him on the shoulder and waiting for the other to speak. He wanted to get this over with as fast as possible so he could relax with a bubble bath and forget about today for a while.

back off."◄ ¤¸¸.·´¯`·.¸.·>>--» «--<<·.¸¸·´¯`·.¸¸¤ "I can't tell if you just have a death wish, or if you really are this stupid." ¤¸¸.·´¯`·.¸.·>>--» «--<<·.¸¸·´¯`·.¸¸¤ Jayce couldn't say he wasn't surprised when he'd suddenly felt Eiri flop down over his lap, and though he had been distracted by what was going on in the room most of that time, he didn't miss the smile she threw him, and honestly, that had eased some of his frustrations, and some of his worry. He wasn't exactly sure how he would have felt had she been disappointed in him, but he knew he wouldn't have felt great about it. Honestly her doing that was probably part of what had saved Kaylin from him getting up to do something about the way she had acted himself, and at this point even if he had wanted to get up to go after her, he couldn't, or rather would prefer not to, as that would involve pushing Eiri off of him. Something he wasn't willing to do.
When the situation with the apple had passed, the girl had retreated further back into the room without a word, and Von had turned to his brother, Jayce shifted his gaze to them instead of Kaylin, no longer holding much interest in what she was doing. The two were standing there quietly for a moment, Sylvanus narrowing his eyes at Eli until he seemed to realize something, and his expression softened, a smile on his face in place of the anger that had been there previously. His gaze then shot to Eli, who seemed to perk up a bit, but not enough to be on the annoying side of things. He was still trying to stay somewhat serious it seemed, and once again, Jayce could appreciate that. The air in the room seemed to have changed again, this time to one less tense, though honestly Jayce wasn't sure how to feel about that. It was probably a good thing to be honest. Less chance of someone getting seriously hurt, but in a way he would be lying if he said he wasn't at least a little disappointed. Oh well it had all passed and honestly it was for the best.
'I would really rather not have to get this room bloody anyways...So it's good the tension has broken up. In some of us at least.' He thought to himself as he glanced towards Aeron as Von started to speak again, his gaze drifting over him, no hostilities in it at all as he carefully observed the male. He seemed to be a bit tense, or something close to tense, for some reason, and he supposed he could understand why. Kaylin had acted out in a way that could have possibly reflected poorly on the guys skills, but it honestly wasn't his fault the girl didn't seem to have much common sense during this situation. Besides, Kaylin was a good fit for the gang, but more so while doing her job rather than simply hanging around the base. After a moment he finally turned away from Aeron, choosing to glance in Von's direction just as he heard him dismiss the group. He blinked, and watched as Von turned to leave the room, before he glanced back towards Eiri, a small smile on his face. She looked a bit worried, probably because of the situation that had just passed in the room, but it was done and over with now and no one was hurt so he hoped she would be able to calm down. "Thank you again Eiri." He said quietly to her, before he shifted slightly, to give her a warning that he was going to stand up so she'd have time to move. As he stood, he looked over at her, the smile a bit wider, and maybe slightly apologetic though he didn't actually feel bad about having to move. She probably knew he'd follow Von when he went to leave anyways since at any meeting, whether they were held in this room or the other one, he always had left with Vincent after unless ordered otherwise. Though there was always a chance she wasn't aware he would, but even then she probably wouldn't be upset. If she was he'd find a way to make it up to her later.
"I'm going to follow him, Eiri, it's up to you if you come with, since I know you must be curious." He said quietly to her, watching for a moment before he turned to look towards the door as Sylvanus disappeared out of it. He felt he should probably tell her not to follow rather than leaving it open for her to choose on her own, because he knew she'd no doubt trail after them, her curiosity often being difficult to handle and contain, even for him but he didn't really want to deal with his phone exploding with the things she no doubt wanted to ask the other. With how Von had been he wasn't sure how he'd handle what he was about to be hit with, but he hoped that his liking her would be enough to ease any anger he might throw in her direction.
After a moment he finally turned to start heading for the door, weaving through the chairs in the room near silently till he reached it. He turned back only once, in time to see Eli putting his arm around Aeron's shoulder, and to hear the beginning parts of his question, before he continued out of the door. He paused once out there long enough to figure out which direction Von had gone, and then he moved to catch up to him. It didn't seem the other was moving too too quickly so he at least didn't have to run to catch up to him. He would have said something as he slowed a bit once he reached him, choosing to walk behind and slightly to the side of him rather than directly beside the other, but something told him he should wait until the male was ready to speak himself. He gently shook his head, the blonde locks brushing against his face for a moment and re-curling at the ends. "There's no need to apologize." He reassured, with the gentle motion of his free hand. "The Kitsune owns a local gallery here in Lohrith, known as Foxfire Gallery. That area is known as his territory and I try to direct most of the new recruits from getting too close to it. If he's not there though I believe you can find him at the Gardens." He finished his explanation, it wasn't much but it was what he had.

Now that the meeting was finally over, Eiri scrambled to get up. Jayce was shooing her off his lap anyway, or at least he was planning on getting up and she didn’t want to be dumped on the floor. She quickly stood up, bouncing in place slightly. There were so many questions she had wanted to ask, but she didn’t want to interrupt. It took so much restrain, but now that the meeting was over she was seconds away from bolting after Sylvanus, but Jayce’s voice grabbed her attention before she could.
It took her a moment to process his words and by that time, he was already walking away. “Wait!” she shouted, racing after him. She knocked over a couple chairs in her haste, but didn’t bother to go back and fix them. When she exited the room she ended up slamming into the wall again, but it gave her the time to figure out which way they went. She had to run to catch up though. Why do I have to have such short legs? Once she caught up to them, she had to take a moment to regain her breath. Stepping in front of the two and walking backwards, so she could talk and walk at the same time, she raised her hand. “I have questions.” She didn’t wait for either to respond before launching into her list of questions. “What do we do if we see Vincent again? Is he dead? And what do we call you? Boss? Leader? Am I allowed to just call you Sylvanus? Did you join cause your brother is here? Is my job still the same or do I have to do something else? Do I get to know what you can do? Or did I miss my chance to see it?” She barely stopped to take a breath in between her questions. “And Jayce, are you okay? You’re not still hurt from the fight, right? Are you mad that I missed it?” She hoped he wasn’t mad. It wasn’t like she missed it on purpose. “Also, the fight was only for the leader thing right? You two aren’t going to fight again?”
She probably would thing of more questions, but those were all she had at the moment. Plus she needed time to catch her breath again. So, she took the time to do that, while she waited for answers.

 Aeron made his way inside, his gloved fingers smoothing down his shirt. He looked around for a moment, he hadn't been planning to stay long. Only long enough to see if there was anything he had needed to know and to greet the others he was on friendly terms with, before doing his usual rounds within Lohrith. Though he hasn't noticed anyone too promising to follow, there was little loss in continuing the routine until something promising did make itself known to him.
He finished smoothing the shirt down around the pendant beneath it, pausing the motion as a small smile formed on his expression. The pendant had been helpful to him for so long, it did bring with it a slight ache to his chest. He missed his mother, and would need to remember to visit her grave again when he had the chance. Perhaps if his rounds turned up nothing new once more he could make a stop there, it was a shame he couldn't find a decent florist in Lohrith. It would take too long for him to travel all the way out to Reim just to return. He sighed internally shaking his head, and brushing a gloved finger against the edge of his eyes to dry any tears that had started to form.
I'm certain mother would understand, I can always order some for her birthday. Maybe some tulips, I know how much she loved them. He gave a slight nod of his head, coming to the decision. Yes, for her birthday I'll go and purchase some lovely tulips for her.║▌│█│║▌║││█║▌│║║█║█║▌│█║▌│║║█║ GЯIϺ ϨҢΛDϴШ║▌│█│║▌║││█║▌│║║█║█║▌│█║▌│║║█║
