While I love the "Plot Pie" idea, it reminds me a lot of Pie Hard. xP I would think that we would want an event that can't be confused as easily with the other two pie events. o3o;;
I'm thinking... I'm sure there's a list of other observances in November out there somewhere that we could look at and get inspiration from. 0:

Or possibly NPCs writing fanfiction or short stories of their own.

My best guess is that the time devourer is eating them. gonk Charismatic Loyal That would actually be something lovely to consider. Writing up/sketching out mini-comics the whole month of November. But on the other hand, you may run into a problem where people may be busy participating in one event to do another. In any case, what if people who do NaNoWriMo write about Gaia? It can be the site itself, or it could be the developing world inside it. It would certainly help bring the two together, and there could be a sort of contest with judges that could read the entries, and they could be categorized (full novel, partial novel, fiction, non-fiction, etc.). Prizes could be given out, like book related prizes.
