I'm in the middle, I can afford some things but anything above 50 billion is a challenge. I post a lot, play booty grab, do free cash offers, and I do jobs for people in the services forum to make gold. It's pretty easy to earn a lot of gold, it's just tedious. Still perfectly doable just tedious.
Gaia is still plenty fun for me though. heart

I have deleted my Wishlist. There is no point in questing anything now. Its just one giant, impossible goal after another.

I've decided to take advantage of the inflation and sell off all the junk I've accumulated in the past 10 years and toss the gold out the window.
I deleted my wish list 2 years ago too, but over that time, I've also had several of the items on my previous wishlist in my hands at one point, thanks to Gaia pushing out items left and right. They no longer hold any value to me other than a means to suck more money out of the economy by selling it off and burning the gold, I have no nostalgia left for them.
I can proudly say that I've made many wishlists possible by doing what I've been doing this past year, at least. I've also recycled about 20 trillion in gold over the last year or so too cool
Not enough to make a dent though emo
I guess I've anti-adapted to the inflation because I will try to use whatever means I can to sink gold and take it out and try not to put it back in. I rarely buy from the MP. Unfortunately this whole GC option thing in the MP makes it really hard for me to continue selling things when I know that every item out of my inventory becomes a potential gold generator when it is resold. I don't even want to donate anymore emo

The hyperinflation on Gaia stresses me out. It reminds me of the state of the American economy (although, it is slowly getting better). When I come onto Gaia, I want to escape for a bit, not be reminded of how crappy my country is doing. It also annoys me that the developers would let Gaia get to the state it is. Being on Gaia makes me feel like I'm watching a pet that I've had for years and have had so many great memories with die slowly from a disease that there is no cure for (I apologize to any pet owners who have had this happen to them). It's makes me feel really sad, and I really wish they would just bring zOMG! back.
