Hey! maybe one of the members of the guild who's really good at writing AUs could make a resource thread for that too! There are so many great resource threads in the guild already, but nothing for Alternate Universe stories. Why not?

Every author composes their AUs differently. Instead of having one author make the thread, it would be better to have you -the readers- list the things you look for in a good AU, then have one person compile a single thread explaining all the things you listed that make a good AU.
