~Shiloh - Kitchen Doorframe~Shiloh couldn't help but smile at the reactions he got out of everyone. Edward disapproved but decided there was little he could do about it. Edward had to be the most neutral out of the group towards him. The cute little Daddy figure. "I guess I'll take a cinnamon roll." Ugh he could feel his gag reflex ready to throw it back up, and he hadn't even eaten it yet! Best take one with little icing. "And a cup of coffee to get rid of the soon to be hangover." He found the machine, hidden away but the goddamned tea thingymabob container piece of s**t, and turned it on. "Some instant coffee" nothing the taste of Folgers couldn't fix. Yum, incest in a cup. "And good morning to you, Kiara! Kyaran. Oohh, Pretty-Eyes. I swear I will get that lovely exotic name of yours right one day." and sat himself down beside the child. Literally, this boy was a child. Fourteen, balls barely dropping, adorable little kid. "Steal any ladies' hearts while I was out? Mm, any mens'?" and chuckled, finally working up the courage to eat his own breakfast while his coffee poured into the pitcher. He liked Kilala. Rapunzel eyes over here was all adorable n'stuff. What a cute little heart-breaker. Shame he had to come out of the closet. And then there was Tsuki. "What's the ruuush?" Shiloh complained as the bluenette rushed out. "Don't you want to eat as a family, Tsukiii? Edward slaved over a hot stove to feed you! I need to see it go to that pert little tush you got!" For some reason that man hated him. He thought he was being slick but the blond knew better. You didn't avoid someone like the plague if you liked them. Ah well. He stood up to get his coffee, smacking the back of Shima's head. "Watch your language. You're too young to be speaking that way. And you must not have had a steak omelette. Mm, I think I want that for dinner." and sashayed to the board, writing his name and 'steak omelette' beside it before sitting back down happily, finishing his roll and drinking his coffee. A mumble made him glance back, seeing the retreating figure of Saia. The grumpy old man. "Morning! Jeez," he looked at Rapunzel, "You'd think everyone hated me or something, huh? Coffee?"

Edward Kitchen Edward shook his head a little at Shiloh's anticts. he was the same every morning, at least on the weekends when his work picked up. "You can make yourself a pasta dish on the side and ask for a small omelette, Shima," he offered and he wrote down 'spinach, tomato, bacon' under his name. he fixed a plate of food and went to the living room, placing it in front of where Saia was laying down. he gave the man a small smile and straightened, "thought it may be a bit crowded for you in there. just clean up your dishes when you are done, ok?" Kyran Dining Room Kyran watched as Shiloh blew through the rooms like the tornado he was, smiling a little behind his cup of tea. "no thank you," he didn't like coffee, not the smell or the taste. there wasn't enough sugar and milk in the world to hide it. he was used to Shiloh's random nicknames for him, it was just one of those things. he checked the cheap watch he'd bought to see how long he had before he needed to leave. just a little over ten minutes. "how was work last night?" he asked, getting up to write down his own meal, just putting cheese and bacon under his name.

~Saia - Couch~
Saia practically buried his head halfway into the couch cushions to dull the sound of everyone else out, though it was in vein. He heard something being placed in front of him and then Edward's voice. Saia peeked up and looked at the food for a while. "Thank you." he said quietly as he sat up and started to eat. Most everyone left him alone which most times he wanted. Then there were times when he missed human contact.
~Shima - Kitchen~
Shima flinched, feeling the contact at the back of his head. "Ow!! You p***k!!" he yelled, rubbing the back of his head and glaring at Shiloh, he didn't care for the man when he'd been drinking. "At least I'm not a drunk old pervert like you!!" he yelled as he stood up and snatched the marker from Shiloh, sticking his tongue out at him. He made his way to the board but it was too high up for him. "Of course it's too high...stupid tall people...." Shima grumbled as he went back to the table and pushed a chair over to the white board to write down ham and cheese for his omlette.
((I thought I'd get my post in there before I leave for my mini vacation smile ))

~Tsuki's Room~
Like he'd ever talk to Shiloh? The guy was pure nutz. He'd rather avoid someone if they didn't bother staying home at night. The freak was an escort service on twig legs! That just made all escort's Hopeless Romantics in his case. Tasteless jerks.
He slammed his textbooks and notes on the desk. He really is gonna hit the books hard. He was angry and what better way to fuse it out till dinner than by studying. He never explled his anger whenever he wrote any of his poems and manuscripts, anger didn't match the theme of love he was going for. He set the alarm on his cellphone to go off at four-thirty before ever opening a cover. Anger just made him cram better.

~Shiloh - Kitchen Doorframe~"Bah. Maybe one day you'll drink it." and drinked at the boy before taking a swig of the warmth. That was a good way to start the morning. "Work was good. Showed up at my customer's house and we went to some party, like a high school reunion without being one, sort of one you'd just have with all your old high school friends. And then we partied and drank and I made my customer the center of attention. Little self-confidence issue but I think I solved that." he winked before taking another sip, glaring at Shima and standing up. Honestly that brat was thirteen years old where did he get such a ******** potty mouth. Grabbing the blond by his shirt he yanked the toddler back and lifted him from his armpits. "You need to watch your language, Shima. We've been over this and it is not attractive to swear like a sailor." Shiloh walked out as he spoke. "And I may be drunk, but if we notice I'm still speaking quite well and I'm not staggering too bad." and purposely swayed to far to the left, hitting the kid's head on the wall. "And it's not being a pervert if other people help me enjoy my hobby. So, you little brat, you're going to stay in here until you figure out that calling me a p***k and swearing is bad." he tossed the boy into his childish room, closing the door and sliding a chair underneath the doorknob, half of the chair against the wall. This way it would get caught if he tried opening it. Whistling, the adult started his trek back to the kitchen but paused at the slamming in Tsuki's room. Glancing around the hallway he snuck into the man's room ever so quietly and tip-toed behind his chair. "Isn't it too early to be studying?" he asked, running his fingers through the blue hair with a grin. "It's breakfast time, come ea, Tsuki." and buried his face in the air. "Oh, did you change shampoo? It smells nice."

Edward Living Room Edward wasn't sure that he was welcome to stay or not. Saia was a loner, that much was obvious, but everyone wanted to be near others now and then. it was just human nature. "how is work?" he asked gently, deciding that he would gauge whether or not he should leave by Saia's reply. he probably shouldn't, but Edward felt responsible for his tenants. being quite a bit older than most of them and his experiences in life and the army made him feel almost like an older brother to them, maybe even a father. he knew full well a couple of the boys shouldn't be out on their own, they were too young, but that's why he took them in. at least they would be safer here, with someone who would look out for them, than with someone else that might take advantage. Kyran Work Kyran watched as Shiloh carried Shima away and shook his head a little. he was just glad he didn't look or act as young as Shima, or he'd have trouble. he washed his dishes and thought about when he was the same. innocent, without a care in the world, oblivious to the lies around him. Kyran put his dishes in the washer and grabbed his lunch from the fridge before heading out. he passed Edward and Saia in the living room and gave a little wave, "See you tonight." he hurried out and made it to the bus stop with a little time to spare. he pulled out his book and sat on the bench to wait, humming softly. it was only half an hour by bus to the movie theater he worked at. he was the projector boy, running from room to room on the top floor of the theater to make sure that the movies started on time and everything was working properly. between movies he'd help clean, always running up and down the stairs to make sure he did above and beyond what was expected of him. every day he was valued a little more and every day he became more secure in his job. when he turned eighteen he'd ask to be moved to the front, working concessions and the like, where he could be seen and not have to worry about people questioning his age.

~Tsuki's Room~
He was sitting there, emmersed in his studies. When he felt a hand in his clean hair. Then Shiloh's voice behind him. "I already ate." Angered that his study was enterupted, he grabbed the thickest volume text book and with ease, threw it into Shiloh's face. He got up and began shoving the Hopless Romantic out the door. He thought that he locked the door behind him? Looks like he is going to have to install a chain lock just in case. "OUT! Do not interupt me!! I have a semester final's test coming up and that's eighteen weeks of class I have to memorize!" He gave Shiloh a hard glare and kicked him out the door in the butt. "DO NOT INTERUPT ME!!" He slammed the door in Shiloh's face and locked the dead bolt.
Now with his anger restored, he went back and began to start studying over again.

~Shima - Bedroom~
Shima was quite surprised to find himself lifted from his chair and being carried while he was being lectured about his swearing. As if Shiloh would seriously care about Shima's swearing, the man didn't even care enough about himself! Shiloh was always at parties or the escort service and getting into just about everything. "I'm not listening to you of all people." he said stubbornly when he was tossed into his room. He couldn't believe he was just thrown into his room against his will, Shiloh wasn't his mother or anything and he shouldn't have to the final say in what Shima did or how he acted. Shima got back up off the floor and went right for the door but it wouldn't open. Shima sighed heavily, he would have started pounding on the door to be let out but it was early and he didn't want to upset the neighboring houses or Tsuki. ~Saia - Living Room~
Saia shrugged a little. "Slow, but luckily I only work part time. They switched me over to the graveyard shift. I'll try to be quiet coming in though." he said softly as he continued to eat. He wasn't opposed to having company with him, he preferred to be alone mostly because the quiet helped him think. Saia was mostly just tired of people telling him that he looked and sounded depressed. He looked up from his plate to see Shiloh carrying Shima upstairs and thought to help Shima but then again it was probably best to not get into a pissing contest with people who were skinny enough for Saia to put through a wall. That was his one weakness, Saia always had a wicked temper. "You should go help Shima." he said simply, knowing Edward's attention should probably be focused on the youngest who was now probably locked in his room.

~Shiloh - Kitchen Doorframe~"Jesus!" Shiloh ducked best he could from the book but it was too late, the spine hit him hard in the side of the face. "You do not hit the face!" he shouted, "My face is how I pay for rent! And had you been studying during those eighteen weeks you wouldn't be forced to study all that within a few nights!" But the door was slammed on his face, the blonde checking his fingers to make sure he wasn't bleeding before holding the soon to be bruise again. And it was going to bruise something nasty. Jesus, how was he supposed to be hired now if he had a bruise? Now he had to break open his new foundation and try to cover this. "Mom." Shiloh called, going back to the kitchen, "Tsuki through a book at my face! Honestly the nerve of these people. Kick them oout and fill them with new tenants because the ones you got now are crap. Minus Edward and you, Saia. I need someone to love on." and waved his hand, opening the freezer to pull out a bag of peas, placing them on the side of his face. He had to keep the swelling down or he'd be out of work soon.

Edward Hall Edward smiled a little, "yes, it seems i need to. and have a talk with our night owl friend as well." just as he mentioned him, Shiloh walked past into the kitchen, complaining. Edward shook his head a little and stood. he patted Saia's shoulder as he passed the man, a short, small touch, but one meant to reassure. "perhaps it isn't Tsuki's behaviors that need to be reevaluated, but your own." he pulled the bag of peas away and examined the mark. "you will be fine, even for work. come along, i'll put some salve on it." he lead the way up to the bedrooms and stopped at Shima's. "first let him out and apologize. never lock someone in their room again," behind his calm facade, there was pain in his eyes, "you have no idea the terror that came come from being confined." Kyran Work Kyran arrived at work without much trouble and started his shift, working hard as always. ((and he's going to be out for a while unless someone goes to the movies XD))

~Tsuki's Room~
His ear's piqued at Edward's voice from beyond the door. He was putting Shiloh in his place till something like this happened again. Quietly, he got up from his desk and crept to the door and leaned an ear into the crack. Obviously, Shima had found himself locked in his room, again, by Shiloh. Tsuki really didn't like him in the least bit. This little family he lived with was messed up on a whole different level. Tsuki swears that his parents are more messed up than the whole lot in this house, forcing him to go to doctor's school. But through High School, he researched which doctor's degree required less work and children's care came up.
Once he found a place to live, that was close to the school, he moved out. He didn't want to be anywhere near his parent's, claiming that his studies took up his time that he couldn't return home to visit. When he signed up, he choose the option to turn his written paper's in online and only attend class and show up for labs. Far from his parent's eye's, ear's and mouth's.
He turned his attention back to the to in the hall. Tsuki remembered wholeing himself up in his room before moving here, he didn't want to hear his parent's mouth's going at him. He escaped the lonesomeness by his writings. He connected with Edward there. Confinement, if only he could open the door and let others pop in from time to time, but with Shiloh wandering around, the man had not one inch of respect for others privacy, even if the door was open. Maybe he will ask Edward to help him cram with practice test's after dinner tonight. He liked the man enough. He smiled to himself. It was simple. Roses. One more thing added to his shopping list tonight.

~Shima - Room~
Shima could hear Edward out in the hall talking to what he only guessed was Shiloh. For throwing him into his bedroom, yet again, Shima could really care less about whatever kind of appology Shiloh would attempt to make. It wouldn't stop the stupid lech from throwing him into his room in the future, so why should he have to accept his appology? Sometimes he thought it would have been better to stay back at home, even if his family was poor, at least he was the oldest in his family. Shima brought his knees under his chin and wrapped his arms around his legs, already prepared to bark at Shiloh to get out of his room as soon as the door were to open.~Saia - Living Room/Kitchen/Headed Toward Bedroom~
Saia finished his food and took his plate to the kitchen, washing it carefully before he dried and put the dish away. While he enjoyed his conversation with Edward, he was only reminded again that nothing good ever lasts, especially in this house. But Saia didn't mind, he was a simple man and would be a little more pleasant if the dreams didn't haunt his slumber. Maybe if he didn't sleep...perhaps that could be beneficial in the long run? The only way Saia would be able to combat sleep would be to force his body to stay awake, and the only person he could think of who would willingly give him any kind of medication without a prescription was Shiloh. The man was always getting himself into shady situations, surely he would have some run in's with some dealers of some sorts. A fact he would have to ask about another time, for the moment he was already headed for his bedroom once again. After all, nothing ventured, nothing gained.((Sorry about the delay...))

~Shiloh - Hallway with Saia~"It's definitely Tsuki's. Who throws a book at someone?! And it wasn't exactly 'See Spot Run' either, Edward." he huffed, letting his landlord look at the bruise before putting the bag of peas back on it. But Daddy dearest wanted Shiloh to apologize to the little s**t-head. One could not comprehend the intense hate and rage he had for this child. Did he think he was an adult cursing here and there? Did he think it was mature? Shiloh could understand minor swearing, an occasional ******** dropped once a quarter, but this boy dropped them like they were about to go out of style. Looking at Edward's face made Shiloh look down and away. He hated it when his landlord made those faces, made you feel guilty, like a bad person. Using his free hand to move the chair he sighed loudly. "There, I've moved it. Be free, little chickadee." and shrugged, speaking softer to the man. Shima wouldn't die in his room. He was 7. He was probably learning that he feels tingly in his private parts when he touches them. Children... "Tell you what, if you think I'll look fine with a bruise, I'll just finish my coffee and probably pass out for the day. Maybe I'll see a movie later to check up on Rapunzel. Thank you though." and patted the man's shoulder before walking back. One more person he had yet to greet, though after the harassment of everyone else he wasn't sure he wanted to say hi to him. However, Saia was the most quiet one in the family, so the abuse wouldn't be so bad. Entering the kitchen he refilled his coffee mug, deciding he'd say a quick hello to the man. However the man on the couch shifted up, gray eyes peering out before quickly rushing out with his hot cup of coffee. "Saia!" he greeted, standing beside the man and speaking softly now to prevent frightening the rabbit. "How was your day since I last saw you? Did you sleep well? You look exhausted." Just small talk, barely any room for harassment.

Edward Bedroom Edward watched Shiloh leave, "come and get soem ointment before you go to bed. it'll help the swelling and bring down the color." he put his hand on Saia's door, "and don't hide in there all day, ok? if he really bothers you then i can teach you a few self defence moves to throw him on his a**." he smiled a little, "i'll be in the living room if you need me." but first he decided to gather some books and his computer from his room. he hummed softly as he searched for where he'd put his research book, needing it for the paper he was going to write. ~Tsuki's Room/Living Room~
Tsuki kept no clocks in his room that had hands on it. The sound drove him crazy cause he'd be counting the ticks as it moved. Everything was digital. Quiet, he liked quiet but hated it at the same time. It was the ticking that made second seem like minute's and minute's seem like hours. Making it drag on...it made him feel OCD just to look at a hand clock and impaitent. He only stoped in his mid studies when a call from his mother rang. "I have a final to study for...sorry Mom, I won't be able to visit. Yeah, tell Dad I love him too. Love you Mom, bye." He put the phone down, keeping his eyes away from the time. As much as he loved his parent's, they were just too overbearing. There was no way he could tell them that he wanted to be a writer of romance. So he figured, the longer he stayed away from them, then he could put the words together to finally tell them.
He started to fizz out after three hours, Tsuki was soon slouched backwards over his chair. His hands dangling towards the floor. With a sigh, he stood up and grabbed his books and cellphone. Being around his manuscripts and journals' of poems was too tempting. He hurried into the kitchen and grabbed a glass of milk and the box of donuts that he had bought last night. Shocked that no one even took one out, he went into the living room and took up a small space of the floor. Lieing on his stomach and welcoming the coolness of the floor.
For a few mintues, Tsuki let the floor cool his cheek. It was so welcoming that he could feel himself begin to nod off but the thought of chocolate coated donut's woke him up. With a mental slap, Tsuki opened up where he left off and began to cross reference between his notes and the book. Being near someone who studies seemed toxic to him. He took a swig of milk and a bite from a donut. He liked being near people who didn't drive him crazy with anger. Saia, Shima, Kyran but Edward is his favorite person out of all of them. The Hopeless Romantic fell into the sesspool every time.
