Yeah, thats not him, unless those are pre-tattoos, and he was alittle chunkier.
I don't wanna sound obsessive, but the noses are different.

that was my initial reaction as well, but i looked at the pics of him when he was in Due'le Quartz (sp?), pre-tattoos, and it looked pretty similar.
but i could be wrong...i often am...
does seem like something he would do though.

Aherm, I do believe that is Miyavi.

The photos were taken from the Photobook that was released, which is like, not available anymore, during DLQ. In DLQ, Meevs only had his peircings. And who said he can't take them out to take a shower? I take out my earrings.

Here's my proof.

and this is why i love you Tsuki, only you could figure something like that out.
yeah, at first i thought it wasn't him, then i was like, but wait a minute, they look ALOT alike, and for having that kind of similarity in ALL those pics is pretty rare, no matter how good a cosplayer you are. and usually without the costume, cosplayers look nothing like the people they're cosplaying. also, that would be a damn weird cosplay.
just my thoughts...
...plus those look like Miyavi's nipples...don't ask... eek xp eek

My friend got this cardboard magazine cover with Miyavi on it, and everytime I go over there I just stare at it, I've always told her I'd eventually steal it, but this time she was nice enough to give it to me whee
