He put his weapons away. "We've got what we came here for lets go." He said as he looked at the fire wall. He picked up the hammer again. "This better work!" He said as he would walk past her and slam the hammer on the ground. The air knocking out the flames and cooling the lava. "Comon... let's get out of here." Throwing the hammer away. He would take the shield from the corpse and throw it on the lava so that she wouldn't burn her feet. Jumping across. He looked back to her. "It's alright. I'll catch you." Holding his arms out to catch in case she would land in the heating lava.

Rowan looked at the threatening lava. She ran and jumped across.
The moment Rowan was halfway through her jump the lava and small flames disappeared in a blur all at once, leaving just the shield lying on the ground. The buildings were unharmed by the flames, and there were absolutelly no signs of lava damage on the stone ground. Rowan stumbled a bit, turning to look behind them a bit confused. "An...illusion?" she asked.

"This is going to be a long night. Let's get going before more tricks and goons show up." He said as he would wave her to follow as he would take her away from this crazy place...

Rowan nodded and ran after him, alert for any more tricks.
There would be a lot of comotion from the areas they left. They were searching, without a doubt, after their failed attempt of an ambush. Men with torches scoured the area, issuing silent orders. There seemed to be far more searching than those that were in the factory.

He looked quickly down an alley way. Seeing and hearing no one nearby. "You should teleport out of here. It's not safe for you." He would warn her. "If you get caught. It's over."

Rowan nodded. "You should leave too." she said. Rowan took her stone out of her pocket, she looked up a Frederick, not wanting to hinder him. "Please be careful on your way back, goodbye and goodnight. I'll see you next time." she said quietly. Rowan traced the symbol on the stone. It floated infront of her as a magic circle appeared around her feet. She closed her eyes, picturing her room, she disappeared in a flash of blue.
"That way! They're over there!" yelled one of the men. The alleyway would be lit up at the end by the rush of torches. They still didn't see him, but it'd be a matter of time if he didn't hurry. Their loud footsteps echoed among the stone.

He was in a pinch. He couldn't go back and he certainly couldn't go ahead. He took out the stone. Running his finger down the symbol and imagined being at his campsite. The stone would glow blue and enveloped him with energy. Taking him to another place in a flash.

He would be running. Full speed ahead. "Comon you pigs! Your going to have to run faster than that to catch me!" He would mock the guards chasing him. He would soon find himself back at the main entrance to the facility. The two guards raising their weapons at him. He would scoff at the fact. Running around the two and climbing up the fence that they guarded with ease. Jumping up to near the top and then throwing himself over. Landing on the other side. Was a herd of guards. Waiting to slit his throat open. One of them scouring their rings of keys. "So that's all you've got then? Isn't it!" He mocked as he pulled out his hammer. Hitting the locks on the main facility door with all of his strength. The locks practically flying off as he kicked the doors in and headed inside.
The guards we're getting frustrated with the keys. Finally they we're getting the last one in.
Frederick would find the door that they we're at last time. Knocking on it. He could hear only muffled noises. He would take the sharp point of his sword and shatter the lock on the door. Twisting it to open it. Once the doors knob was ripped out. He opened the door Seeing the denizens still passed out from the strange concoction. He swung the door open. A few of the children we're still awake. Though they we're shaken and scared. He looked over to them. His intimidating devilish look would most likely scare them. Though he let out a soothing voice. "Scream as loud as you can children. Save the others as they have saved you..." He would command them. He could hear them coming...
The Guards would finally make their way in. Just barely spotting that cloaked devil smashing through a window on the other end. They would charge half way. The children would then start to scream. Attracting their attention. The Guards would turn and spot all the prisoners. Their eyes widened as the stopped to look down at them all. Helping them the best they could.
The captain looked back to the window. Walking towards it.
Frederick stood at the other side of the window. Knowing one of them would look. "So you thought I was the bad guy... didn't you?"
"You have a reputation of murder so far. What did you expect?"
Frederick shook his head. "Sometimes you have to kill a life to save another. You would know that of course. I am just playing the extremist that knows better."
The captain would nod. "What do you know about these kidnappings? How did you know they would be here?"
Frederick smirked in the darkness behind his cloak and helmet. "I did a little scouting. Did a little law breaking. That's how I know they are here. But you should know one thing. That General Vixen isn't the man you think he is. You should have someone keep track of his activities with magic. You'll regret it if you don't." He turned away for his escape.
The captain would lean out the window. "How do you know all this!?"
Frederick turned back to face him for the moment. "Just pay attention. Politics isn't always about words..." He would then continue down to the harbor. Stuffing his armor and cloak inside the bags. Heading towards the tavern... [exit]

He would look around the building. The place was crawling with guards. "Great. I'll never get in now..." He said as he gave it some thought. Though nothing immediate came to mind. He would probably have to wing it. He would walk over to the front door guards. "Hail. I was wondering if I could ask your supervisor something very important to this incident?" He somewhat told them as he would stand high and mighty. "I've been informed of something classified and I need to investigate further."

The guards quickly drew their weapons on Frederick, eying his garb. They could immediatelly tell he was a stranger. "We have orders not to let anyone in the premises, it is under investigation." they said. They looked at him coldly. "State your name and residence, stranger." ordered one of the guards. He looked like he was prepared to spear him.

Frederick would ignore the threats. "They call me ((Oh boy!)) Sherlock. I am a private investigator who is taking a personal look into this case. Although I do not live in the city as of yet... due to money issues." He cleared his throat at the last part. "I think I can help a lot in this case."

((Lol!))
The guard looked at him suspiciously. "You outfit doesn't suggest an investigator... You're wearing adventuring gear." he said. "Can you explain that, sir Sherlock?" he asked, his voice clearly doubting him.

"Well wouldn't you after a couple day travel in the desert? I would think so!" He said baffled. Like what idiot wouldn't!? Adventuring gear is the most comfortable and reliable clothing ever. "Now will you turn down my expertise? Or will I have to find another way to pursue my goals?"

The two men looked at eachother then back at Frederick. They were still unconvinced. One continued to point his sword at him as the other raised his spear at his side. "I'll go call call Captain Watson. Keep a watch on him." he ordered his companion. Maybe the captain will be able to set this hooligan in his place. He returned a while later with the stern-faced Captain of the guard. He looked rather agrivated that he had been pulled away from his job for some folly. "There he is, sir." Said the guard, pointing at Frederick. The Captain walked towards him, staring him down. His years of Expertise gave him a condescending aura. "You're the 'investigator'?" he asked a bit increduously, judging by appearence. "What information can you possibly offer? Did you bring your papers?" he asked.

"I am from White Flame Kingdom my good sir Watson... ((why... did you make me do that XD)) and my home kingdom is in a state of panic and, has unfortunately evacuated to Orion. So I cannot summon you the papers you desire. The only thing I can give you is an honest word; and hopefully my skill as an investigator to help you." He said promptly as he seemed to have an answer for everything.
