Right. So we need to set out tasks. Forums, research into various places, profile skeletons. Everything.

I could maybe set up the forums for the different places on the Hogwarts grounds
Can't do the profile skeletons, because I don't exactly know what info you want to be included in this ... Unless I pinch my old ones from my old website .. and play around with that one :/

I'll work on profiles, don't worry Riku. I think I have an old Skeleton I play with to make it work.
I will also send the Doctor some ideas for rules for in the profile area.

Right so if I create the Rooms at Hogwarts, what rooms would to like me to create?
Obviously we need the Common Rooms and Great Hall, but any other specific rooms that need to be made e.g. Classrooms?

Maybe... and this an idea have that you don't need to use, have every house have it's own sub-forum heading area then create 'little' forums for the common rooms and boys and girls dorms (based on year or whatever). For Hogwarts itself create classroom areas for each classroom then create another forum for all the other areas in Hogwarts... like Hagrid's cabin and the rest of grounds...
This would also be a good time to figure out who (if anyone) we would want to still have in the guild that was canon characters.
Also... maybe Cal and Riku... you two figure out who should find out areas in Hogwarts and the other find stuff outside of Hogwarts...
I am sorry if I seem bossy I just have ideas and now that there is a team I want to see if we can create something great together. If you don't like my ideas please speak up and I will stop being so bossy.

Teachers could also create their own classroom and office threads; I remember that was how we did it once before.
We also need the Owlry, various places in Hogsmead, the Forbidden Forest, the Game Keeper's hut, the Lake, the courtyards and grounds...

Sounds good to me, if I get a list together of all the places we needs, then I'll post it on here, to see if we need to change any of the places, or add any more of then Cal, if you would like to do the same thing then we can cross reference our lists to see if either of us have missed any important places?
