 (sorry, I can tone it down if you want)
Sharalyn yelled out at it ensnared her. She wriggles as hard as she could but to no avail. She closed her eyes then quickly opened them sending a sharp wave of telekinetic energy cutting the creature in half. She then collapsed out of energy. As she sat their panting, she grabbed her head as if she was nursing a headache. "Uggggh I pushed myself to hard again," she muttered as her eyes returned to their natural green.

(Nah, i just thought it was funny XD) The creature was still alive but not by much, its legs and mandibles twitched and pulled randomly for several minutes. The area was now dead silent except for the occasional splatter of a glob of infection mat. About a mile away, a pillar of white light blazed to life for a moment.

Sharalyn noticed the white light. "It can either be food, or something bad," she muttered. She pushed herself up and began to stumble toward the light. She noticed one of them along the way so she had a snack. It didn't give her much strength but it gave her enough to defend herself if need be. "I guess we are going to figure out what's over that way," she sighed.

(alright, drag some other friends in too) The trip was uneventful. There was nothing recognizable that was alive, even the plants had been changed grotesquely. Everything looked like it could either pop or fall over and die at any moment.

(I'm too lazy to post pictures right now sorry)
Sharalyn wandered around the city for quite a while trying to figure out where the light came from. She began to feel like she had made a mistake when she ran into Midnight, her best friend. "Hey Sharalyn, long time no see," she said quietly. Sharalyn jumped when she heard her. "Hey Midnight," she returned. Sharalyn had secretly hoped that Midnight would one day become hers but she would never admit her true feelings. Sharalyn hugged her friend and smiled. "Glad to see I'm nit the only one struggling around here." "Yeah it's tough but I found a heard of humans hiding out. I've managed to befriend them and get one of them to help me out," Midnight explained as she pulled her hood down and let her long blonde hair out. She pulled her head phones off and smiled sweetly at Sharalyn. "Come on, I'll get you some help," she said as she held out her hand. Sharalyn took Midnight's hand and followed her to an abandoned factory where there were humans hiding out.

(hey sorry I lost wifi but now I'm back) Sharalyn woke up and forgot where she was, not to mention who she was with. She sat up and looked around. She sighed when she saw Midnight. Midnight sat up and yawned. She stretched, her arms reaching as high as she could. She looked over at Sharalyn and smiled. "Hey, so my plan is to go out a d try and find more people," she said as she stood up. She grabbed her sweatshirt and put her headphones on and waited for Sharalyn. Sharalyn nodded and got up. "Alright, let's go," she said. She brushed her bangs out of her face and followed Midnight out.

(Its ok) The bloated corpse of a forest was rather silent, only the occasional skittering and steady dripping broke the silence. There was nothing out of the 'ordinary' in any direction.

Midnight began wandering through the forest,swatting away the occasional bugs and leaves that got in her way. The dead branches crunching beneath her feet made Sharalyn jump "Umm Midnigh? Can we move a little faster? Ya know just so nothing can pop out at us cause I've had enough surprises for a while," she asked nervously. Midnight nodded and moved a little faster making sure Sharalyn was behind her and never letting her guard down
