Capricious Dreams Sorry for my absence. I have had a post half way typed up, but have been too busy outside of gaia to finish it. I'll try to finish it up shortly. Lol it is ok, thank you for telling me so....I thought you abandoned it for a minute (Cause recently, some other rper abandoned my other one <<') I will be waiting anxiously ^.^

Thoughts I'll just have fun by myself, I nice walk should be good! ━━━━━━┛ xxxIt always seemed so much brighter in the lower quarters. People were more relaxed and cheerful here, they genuinely seemed content with the paths they have chosen and where their lives have led them so far, they loved each others company in the streets and the business the people seek. It wasn't her first time here, but that doesn't mean it is all too familiar to her just yet.
Xuphies had stashed away her royal markings, the adornment of gold and jewels that, really, was the only thing that separated her from the rest. Thankfully there were other absols within the area, mostly travelers from other lands looking to sell whatever their trade was; she blended in well. There were still those that knew though, they were not so oblivious to their dear princess."Oh dear, look who slipped out of their spoils again." The girl jumped slightly, having found her muse in a Mr.mime's bakery window. The voice, unlike the lower quarters, was familiar and comforting-- disregarding the snarky remarks that might come from it. The lighter absol shook her fur and merely gave the other a backwards glance before speaking."At least I don't have to steal to get them."The man chortled, a rattling in his chest becoming a soft purring, certainly pleased to have her acknowledgement."Oh please, don't flatter me. It's called gambling hun-" Which was all the same to Xuphies, but maybe she just didn't understand, not that she cared what he did. The persian circled the princess, grabbing her attention away from the bakery by force and flicked her side with his tail; finally getting her nose out of the bakery and into the stale air of the streets."What brings you down here then?" She turned to face him, cocking her stare in a quizzical manner."Can't miss an old friend?" They both snickered."It's for the food.""Yeah."She admitted boldly, a playfulness in her body language, the youth shining through."Do you have anything new for me to try?" The way his teeth shown, it looked wicked, like he had a diabolical scheme drawn up against the princess; to which she flicked a tail. That look was the one she knew well, the one that got her riled up in a positive way.
They had walked the streets for a while, Xuphies still bouncing around like a playful absol pup, a thirst for food well quenched."Falsphatine!" The girl barked, running around the persian with energy to spare. He seemed well zapped of what little thrill he had before, now yearning for his leisure time. He sometimes wondered if the princess knew what that was, to sit still and relax, he'd never seen her do it."FALSPHATINE!" The feline stretched and arched his back with a yawn, walking around the girl as he had done before but with a more elegant stride."I want to go to the fields!" The persian stopped, giving her a confused stare.
"The...fields--? We aren't children anymore, we'll get in trouble for running around out there in some farmers field."
"Okay, then, how about the outskirts?"
Too dangerous.
Forest.
No.
...Fine!
Xuphies let past her an exasperated breath, clearly agitated by her friend's lack of cooperation and, without another word, trotted off. The persian called after her in a confusion, but she did not stop and instead took a walk by herself around the lower quarters. With her stomach full and night approaching, she thought there could still be some fun that could be had. ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀
