➟Toshi moved his whole body, his eyes focused on the new stranger, he wasn't expecting Valen to pay him any attention. "Nice meeting you I guess, my name is Toshi." Now that Valen had engaged in a conversation with Toshi he felt free to observe him in a normal sense. Although he heard Crystal address Valen it seemed as though he didn't reply, vocally anyways. Her new guild mark was showing, as well as most of her body. It was puzzling why she didn't put her clothes back on but Toshi didn't seem to mind or care much for that matter. It was like him to disregard most things, he kept his composure close to his supposed nonexistent feelings. "Joining a guild is a serious decision and must be treated as such. You should get to know the people that matter most like the guild captain. You'd also need a stable workplace so it couldn't hurt to have a decent guild building." Making eye contact as he spoke he didn't bother to think of whether or not putting his two cents in the conversation was a good idea. The younger wizard was doing nothing short of lecturing a possible candidate for Fairy Tail. Toshi looked down at the ground quietly, he unconsciously turned away from Valen ending the sight of him as if it were a natural response. "Maybe you should join, the guild master is kind and the place isn't too crowded." He intended that last bit to be for Valen but on a subconscious level it was directed towards himself to some degree. "You should go for it." Now would be a good time to smile but he didn't. Toshi wasn't good at faking emotions.
~Valen thought over what Toshi was saying. He noticed towards the end that he looked a bit uneasy. Valen looked directly at Toshi and decided to respond."If I join, which I might after checking through all of those things you just mentioned, you should join too. Of course, I wouldn't mind checking the place out with you to save time."Valen really had no idea why, or even how he was able to be friendly, but he hoped it would last. Valen looked back at Crystal and bowed slightly, apologizing for the slight misconception she may have thought of him brushing her off."Thanks, that was somewhat comforting Crystal. Also, what made you want to join the guild?"He said this in a hushed tone, but loud enough for her to hear so that the guildmaster wouldn't take it as an insult, whoever he or she was. Though Crystal was dressed in a way most 'men' would assume is inappropriate, he didn't mind it. Judging people by how the look was the worst mistake Valen ever made.~

Zill had spent several dozen minutes trying to reach the straps for all the different plate point. When he finally got the armor back on completely, he looked up around the room and saw Crystal practically with a painted bulzeye on her chest. Zill had walked off for a bit and was watching the group while he grabbed a rather dry and unused mop bucket. He was taking his time to get a good look at the group while he pulled a few boards out of the side of the bucket.
He eventually got back up off of the bench and walked closer. He was slightly staring at Valen as he could not place his face and could have sworn that he had seen it before somewhere. He had taken the bucket in both hands while he walked up behind Crystal and put it on her head. "I thought you would at least need a helmet" He said as he backed a step away from her to be just out of reach as he went to address the new comer. "Greetings, sorry that I was in a corner eves dropping, I was working on a helmet for her" He said as Toshi seemed eager to drive people away. He rather wanted to take a coal from a forge and drop it down the back of his shirt for how much he seemed eager to start a fight. Zill was still attempting to ignore him as he turned his attention back to Valen. "It would indeed be good to have a small army to be ready for anything and everything... hmm..." He paused as he looked closer at him and then stepped back and rested his hands against his waste like he was just setting them down on a ledge. He was actually checking his pockets with the flat of his arms as he stepped back and looked away to think. He had a slight whisper of a mutter that might be read on his lips if a person was a master lip reader and could read a slurred set of words from the side. "I could swear I have seen this kid go after the same mark on the street" He said as he took a step back as he turned to face him again. "well as she said, my name is Zill, nice to meet you" He said as he held out the ghostly hand to shake his. He was actually keeping his distance as he worried that his pocket would become barren were they not to take a few minutes of private conversation to verify a few things.

((np there, a lot of the fairytail wizards had it on their center body somewhere XD mine is on the back though cause he doesnt want to see it in the mirror lol. And yes, he is not as worried about you being naked as he is about you being unprepared for injury... plus... he is just trying to be funny which i thought of him doing since i was away for most of the conversation lol
Well then, it seems all the blondies are thieves, all the way back from "the good, the bad and the ugly", to modern times lol... think that it should be more than just Zill taking precautions on a whim of a hunch? or do you want the picking of pockets of both to be kept a secret? XD))
►Valen let his mind wandered for just a few seconds. During that time, he imagined how the guild would look when lively. When all of its members would return. He imagined a fun but serious guild hall. Yet within the short amount of time he saw was death. He looked down to see himself leaking, and to look up and see his father standing not even 10 feet away from him. Valen's eyes widened as he saw this and he shook his head violently. Instantly the nightmare dispersed. Valen replaced his expression of grief and hatred with happiness. He grinned after shaking Zill's hand. He put his hands up in the air, trying to express his harmlessness."Thanks. Uh, where exactly is the guildmaster?"He looked around by his mind was hazy, so nothing registered.

Redder sat and chilled at the table near him. He leaned back in his chair with his arms thrown behind his head. Everyone were getting along with the new guy that just came. Valen was it? Redder overheard his name in the conversations going on. He was acting a bit strange around them. Redder ignored his little suspicion. He respectively put the name into memory. and drunk his glass of milk. He looked at the assets of alcohol resting on the shelves and counter. Redder would never drink alcohol. He was still underaged. But, the unbeknownst of the taste, the collection of fresh alcohol fascinated him. Poking around the counter, he grabbed one of the bottles and took a good look at them. He placed the bottle quickly back on the table as the bartender gave him "the look". Redder locked his eyebrows and sat in one of the stools. He put his head down, hiding the lower part of his face in his arms. Redder looked at Crystal who gotten her guild mark. It was located on the lower part of her sternum. Although most men would find it uncomfortable, Redder didn't mind that it was between her melons. He simply pounced to where Valen was, realizing he was didn't introduce himself yet. "The guildmaster is over there. By the way, I'm Redder." Redder pointed to Miaki, then skipped to the introductions. Reddy followed along. "Hi. I'm Reddy."

Crystal heard Valen ask what made her want to join a guild and she smiled faintly thinking about it. She never did really think much about it however truth be told the guild lifestyle she had grown accustomed to. "my foster father Dante he's in a guild and well he couldn't ever leave me behind. So i got used to the idea of a guild being a home base, with a house being like a hotel you never had to worry about someone else leaving their belongings in. His guild was nearly all men, and after I finished my training he told me it was time to find my own guild and make my own adventure." Crystal smiled warmly at Valen trying to figure out what to do next when suddenly she felt something being placed upon her head.
Crystal quickly yanked the bucket off and shot Zill an icy glare whilst he shook Valens hand. She walked up to the male and tapped his shoulder before she spoke her tone cold as ice before it turned oddly giddy and suggestive. " I don't want armor or need armor, it helps defend but it add's weight and restrictions. If i get injured i can use ice to freeze over the injury until i can find a doctor. Next time you think about putting what could probably be a mop bucket on my head i wouldn't if i were you unless you want to be roasting your chestnuts on a open fire so that they'll thaw." Crystal had no idea if zill would get the reference but he would get a nice wake up call if he refused to heed her warning. She had no idea if the bucket that he'd placed upon her head was clean or even dirty; however his lack of respect her for established comfort zone was making her itch to force him out of his armor.
She looked at Valen and shook her head for a moment before she spoke softly to him. "Sorry about that Mr. armor won't stop getting over the fact that i'd rather fight dressed as i am if not less clothing. He cant seem to figure out that my body, much like my mind hates restrictions. It messes with the magic i use." Crystal still had her bag on her shoulder and a pair of shorts on along with her bikini top the only thing left that she could really lose was the shorts and she was half tempted to do it right now just to mess with Zill however she kept herself in check for the moment.
OOc : Crystals not gonna like zill too much XP i can tell. I've a feeling they'll butt heads or play impractical jokes quite a lot, until he figures out that covering her up wont work.

Zill was still trying to place Valen in his memory but it just did not seem to want to happen that day. His own mind seemed a flurry of thoughts that was distracting as well because of how curious Zill was to know more about it. The fact that he shook the ghost hand without even worrying about the fact that he was keeping his distance from Valen was rather fascinating and almost caused Zill to miss the question. "Like Redder said, just over there, though she has been busy, she might be over thinking something or just needs a break, though I do not intend to be the one who finds out if it is stress" He said as He was thinking of how the guild master almost missed an entire conversation out in the woods only a few hours before. "Well the good news is that if you are wanting to sign up, she has some desk clerks to assist people with that" He said as he pointed at the same people who had given both Crystal and himself their guild seals.
Zill had shown up just after she had talked about her foster father and did not want to just go back to that subject again as the subject had already changed again and he already had a bad streak of arguments with her already. When the icy glare came for him, he stared back like the visual attack had gone through a different dimension or that it looked like Zill was so dense that it deflected off of him like she was only two feet tall to him. "Adding weight adds muscles and restrictions are only there to be overcome through force and training..." He paused as he put his index finger on the brow of his nose and ran it down the scar as he began to talk again. "While I did not have a helmet to guard against this, I am thankful to this armor that every day I become stronger and faster because most wounds can not just be patched and walked away from" He said as he referred to having to dodge a blade mid run that was aimed at splitting his head like a melon. He was not entirely wrong in that it had saved his life... though the stealing that put him in that position was also feeding him so it would not be out of order to say that what keeps you alive may not always be a good thing. "Alright, I wont put another mop bucket on your head, but you would still have to get through the layers of armor and cloth as I find not being hurt in the first place can save a person a lot of trouble with medical bills" He said as he still expected to see her end up putting her guts back in just to get off of a field of combat or even worse, find someone who intentionally aimed to remove the flesh of a guild seal with brute force and leave a hole through her chest as he still continued to over imagine things and prepare himself against all odds he could imagine.
He was set back by her calm composure in switching topics and insulting his desire to keep people he might fight with alive as he was actually rather caring and would often show it with the steel of his hands, skin and heart in that it was strong enough to be given in great abundance to those in need if he could manage it. "It would restrict your magic? I thought it was just making people freeze to death?" He asked rather oblivious to any rudeness that he might have made apparent in his line of thought. His lack of understanding that if something made her sweat, it would break the concentration unless she trained herself to deny the lack of concentration loss. Like the fact that he would use his armored fist to do the work, Zill was a very blunt and straight forward man who spent a great deal of effort to keep anything he held dear intact.

►First, Valen put his attention towards Crystal, as he wasn't in the mood for being rude. He certainly didn't want to have a sit near a fire naked just to thaw out. He knew exactly what she meant, but the mention of a father made his facial expression seem colder than he magic. He stare was unintentionally threatening, but not to those with a strong will, or even just stubborn. He realized only moments later he might have given someone the death stare, but he bypassed the thought."I see, your father... Well nice to know. It might help me understand you better."
After that, he looked at Zill and bowed lightly, showing his thanks."Thank you. Though I'm not entirely familiar with guilds, I hope that you guys can all help me later on." He looked back at Crystal and waved his hands in front of him in a way that meant 'no problem at all' after he sudden angry threat. He had forgotten to dismiss it before he even said something about her family. He wasn't doing to well on the listening to everyone. He would just have to get better at it.
He then turned his attention to Redder and the sprite, or whatever it was beside him, Reddy. He waved at the both of them, of course, since Reddy was also a living entity. "Hey. So, how is everyone doing? You all seem to already know each other quite well. How long have you been with each other, or in this guild exactly?"He wanted to switch to another topic. Family or things about himself didn't keep him exactly calm, though he had gotten better at controlling his emotions, and hiding his past. Maybe he still is an expert thief, named Ryne by the townspeople.
➟Toshi gave Valen a puzzled look. He was sure that he had informed him that he had just came across the guild, but it was most likely just Toshi letting things slip from his mind. "Well I don't really know about that I mean," his voice trailed off as Zill and Crystal began to engage in a conversation with Valen. Now was as good a time as any to continue with his tour of the guild hall so he thought it'd be better to just go. "I guess I'll see you around Valen." He walked away from the three, it was beginning to turn into a small party, Toshi didn't like parties. Since he was back on his tour of the place he thought of what he should do next. Exploring the guild hall and keeping to himself he left no nook or cranny left unchecked. Eventually he'd come across the same book case he used to cover his actions as he spied on Valen. I might as well since I've pretty much got nothing else to do. Toshi just got to the guild hall and he didn't feel like looking for an inn just yet. Taking books off the shelves and reading the covers quietly, Toshi finally got a good look at what this book case was for. All that Toshi could find was photo albums, out of curiosity he took one and began looking through the pages. Little did he know his first photo album would be filled with inappropriate photos of past members.
The very first picture and he was greeted by two awkward men, both drunk. They would have been humorous to anyone else, but not Toshi. The signs were clear to see, the look in their eyes, the way one of the men were chugging alcohol in the picture while looking at the camera device, and the funny look on the other man's face that was just plain silly and childish. Well aren't these guys regular party animals. At this point Fairy Tail was slowly succumbing to Toshi's expectations and the rumors on the streets, the history for having drunkards as members. That was fine as of now though, no one would give him any issues intoxicated because there was no one to become intoxicated. Maybe he had a few other issues but that wouldn't become his problem. Behind the men he could spot a few differences, yet it was the same guild building. They took the picture in the guild hall, but it seemed different somehow. They must have renovated at some point, that would be the best way to explain the picture. Finished looking at that picture he turned the page to see some of the others. To his surprise he found that all pictures had some form of alcohol-related style. It was odd seeing so many grown ups intoxicated in the same place, but despite that all the members seemed happy. This guild was very family oriented after all, despite the constant state of the drunkards. It reminded him a lot of his guild family back home, minus the fact that they were sober and all the adults were responsible, but every guild had their characters. Going through the last few pages of pictures he felt a pinch of homesickness, but quickly reminded himself of why he shouldn't by remembering the unsavory memories of Crocus. Finally he was finished, he closed the book and placed it back in an empty slot within the bookcase, where he had found it. After standing for so long he felt like he needed to rest, but he had just got to Fairy Tail's guild building and didn't feel like looking for an inn just yet. Just one more book. And like that he took an old looking book from one of the higher shelves. The moment his hand made contact with the book he realized that it was older than it looked, the texture was covered with dust. Instead of standing to see the pictures of past events in Fairy Tail he thought he'd take the book to a place where he could sit down. He walked over to the couch Redder and Reddy had been originally sitting and plopped down. Since no one was besides him it felt very spacious, much to Toshi's liking. The first thing he did while on the couch was empty out all the dust within the confines of the old book's pages. Grabbing both the cover and back of the book he shook it, emptying most of the dust from the book. For the most part it worked but when he opened the book he was greeted by torn pages and unidentified liquid stains as well, Toshi believed these to be alcohol the moment he spotted them. This book must be ancient. Quietly flipping through the pages he kept to himself and didn't make a peep as the others conversed.

Crystal noticed Valen's expression at her mentioning of the word father and she didn't let it bother her. She knew plenty of people who had terrible relationships with their parents, heck half the time her and Dante bickered and he wasn't even her real dad. "Foster father; Dante's not my real dad. My parents were killed when we were traveling to visit him I was only one at the time and he took me in." Crystal had corrected him because she didn't want him getting the wrong idea should a man show up and being overly affectionate with her. Most children looked like a mixture of both parents whilst Crystal was the spitting image of her dead mother.
Crystal listened to Zill speak directly to her after informing Valen of the guild master and how to join. When he spoke about how adding weight adds mussles she laughed. "If that is the case i can train in the training hall or the nearby woods. I can strap weights onto my limbs and work with that. Then when i loose the weights i'll be faster and stronger" When he pointed to his scar she listened to him speak about how many wounds were not ones to walk away from. Pondering over it for a moment she heard him promise not to use a mop bucket again before he rambled about medical bills. "Zill no amount of armor can shield us from everything. A helmet still leaves openings, which someone could use to suck out your oxygen with air magic, or fill with small explosive particles, or try using the eye slits to pierce your eyes. Armor has holes in it for a reason and it's magic that gets into those holes that makes you the most vulnerable from close combat perspective." Crystal seemed to be thinking of a specific helmet style as she spoke but her points were still quite valid.
Crystal stood there for a moment until she heard him utter the worst words he could utter. In speaking about her magic simply freezing people to death she almost got angry however she kept her calm composure figuring he was uneducated. Sh walked over to the counter and asked for a glass of water before she headed back over to Zill. She set the glass down and pulled out a empty bottle as well. "The water in the glass is confined to the glass, It takes the shape of the glass. If I pour it into my bottle it takes the shape of my bottle and is confined to my bottle. but if i dump it on the table it is no longer confined and will form it's own path. My ice magic is only limited to my magical power, and my mental creativity. Confining my body in such a manner does the same thing to my mind; Maker magic is about letting your mind do as it sees fit." After she spoke Crystal took the glass of water and quickly drank it. She looked at the guild hall and was seriously pondering why Toshi went off by himself to read. Shaking he head slightly she put her bottle back before she gave the glass to the person behind the counter and headed for the exit with her stuff. She planned on calling it a day for the time being and finding a hotel to crash at.
OOc : (( well think about it Crystal's a girl who's comfy with being scantly clad, while Zill cant help but feel everyone needs armor or covering to be safe/modest. Crystal's got a positive body image and in her mind zill wanting it covered is a bad thing. As for Redder i'm pretty sure he doesn't mind the "eye candy") although i'm so tempted to make a profile for Dante now so he can commend Zill for his notable efforts and inform him of what a waist of time they are; whilst plotting how to torment redder or any man that tries anything. i think he'll be oddly a mixture of Maes Hughes (fma) and Kyo Soma (fruits basket) if i do it

"Reddy and I have been best buds ever since. Heh-heh." Redder replied rather vaguely. Knowing that this didn't answer his question, the fire-hair wanted him to know about him and his companion. He paid mind to the two arguing in the background for a little while before turning back to Valen with a reassuring smile. "Don't mind them. Somehow...I have a feeling they're gonna butt heads in the future." Redder chuckled trying to lighten up the mood.

►Valen nodded an listened in on what Redder had to say after gesturing a 'See ya later' to Crystal. They are seemed like nice people, and certainly had very different personalities. "The East Forest huh? Hmm... So, by observing you, I'd say that you are definitely a Fire Magic user huh? Seems pretty obvious to me with the hair and all. Heh. Crystal would be an Ice Magic user, but what are Zill and Toshi?" He couldn't place their magical attributes. He frowned slightly and scratched his head.
Afterwards he engaged in another conversation with Redder."So, do you plan on going on any jobs? I assume you have rent to pay right?"He looked at Redder calmly and observed his hair. Yeah, definitely unique. Nothing he had seen before, but not at all confusing. He'd seen a lot in the time he had been living, which shouldn't have really been the case.
