Capris was back. She was equipped in her usual combat dress and gear, including her forever-sharp vorpal blade. The Zodiac Warriors had been summoned once again and after years and years of rest, she was ready for battle --- though she was surprised that they'd be summoned again so soon. What could be so horrible that would require the Great Warriors of the Zodiac's aid? Her piercing, green eyes took in her surroundings. The rest of the Warriors were standing beside her: Leonis, Sagina, Lib, Mini, Gem, and all the others. They looked alive and well. They also all looked and seemed just as they were before they were sealed to the temple a few decades ago. All except Sagina. Sagina somehow appeared less wild and a bit wiser. Perhaps her sealment had changed her to be a more tactful young woman.
The small cluster of people had begun to talk and strategize. Capris suddenly heard a struggling wheeze and glanced towards the stone floor. There, she saw an old sage who appeared to be taking in his last few breaths. Capris remembered him from the last battle he had fought. He had been so much younger then. Capris knelt by his side and gently took his hand, palm faced downwards. It was obviously too late to save him for he had lost too much blood due to the ragged gash in his side. "My dear sir," she whispered, closing her eyes. "The Gods thank you for all that you've done. Rest." With that, the old man's eyes fluttered closed. Tenderly setting down the man's hand, wrinkled with age, Capris stood up. Leonis gave a short, but determined speech. "We have been summoned to save the people! Hear me, friends, we need to do something! Who is up to a new journey? I'll find the guy who did this," he gestured to the dead sage. "and defeat him! Who's with me?" Everyone chorused an, "I am!" and began to cheer. Capris's face broke into the smallest of smiles. She raised her weapon to the air and let out a yell. The faint sunlight glinted off its shining edge. They were ready. Leonis had always been the main leader of the warriors and he did a good job of it. "So, Leonis," she started, her expression hardening immediately. "How shall we start?"

Straightening her dress before smoothing down her white apron, Gem tightened her large pink bow that held her midnight hair up neatly. Being summoned so soon meant something was real bad was happening. Making sure her cuffs where on properly, Gem picked up her trusty chainsaw, Maddy, and scanned her surroundings, her Aquamarine eyes filled with curiosity. She was right beside her sister, Mini, while others; Leonis, Lib, Capris, Sagina, and others were a bit scattered around her.
Her attention then went over to the sage who was laying on the floor with a large, bloody gash on his side. It was too late to do anything to save him. The man fought a good fight. But, now it was his time to go... Watching Capris handle the man gently, she said a small prayer in her head as the old sage breathed his last breath of life. 'May you rest in peace...'

Looking over at Leonis, Gem nodded in agreement. "We should ask them! But, shouldn't we split up so we can gather as much information as we can?" Gem suggested to Leonis and to everyone else.

Capris listened intently as Leonis agreed with Gem's idea and placed the Warriors into groups. Leo was with Sagina and Lib, and Capris was placed with Gem and her sister, Mini. Gem seemed pretty excited about the group partnering, which Capris found a bit odd. Most siblings didn't get along well (but then again, Gem and Mini weren't 'most siblings'), and Capris wasn't really an easy person to be around.... but whatever. Capris really didn't mind who she was with, and anyways, Gem and Mini were decent people. She also made sure to take a mental note on their point of meeting: Near the forest outside of the town.
Just as the group was about to split up and go on their way towards the town, Capris heard a loud clang of metal and whipped around, her sharp, emerald eyes taking in any sign of an enemy. But there was nothing. Only Lib and a small mound of weapons on the stone ground of the temple. Giving him an annoyed glare, Capris slipped her sword---which she had taken out in case of danger---back into its sheath. She set a hand on top of Gem's head to stop the girl from dancing around. "Calm down." she ordered. Although her tone of voice wasn't exactly friendly, her facial expression was soft and equipped with a half-smile. "Alright then I'll help shine the weapons while you guys have fun on this quest." Lib said, causing Capris to turn her attention back towards him. He's not going to the town with Leonis and Sagina? she thought, frowning in disapproval. She glanced towards Leo to see his reaction, but he didn't bat an eyelash. He just agreed to leave Lib in charge, and left. Capris sighed in annoyance. Their leader was too generous.
Without wasting another second, Capris marched off towards the small town. Looking back only to make sure that Gem and Mini weren't far behind. From the distance she was away from it, she could see small mushrooms of smoke rising from many houses. The Dark Lord had done a great deal of destruction.
