Pretty little girls? She sheathed her sword and her body burst into flames, "I am a mercenary! Not a pretty girl" She sneered the last two words, "That belongs in a home. So until I get my revenge I do my job and I enjoy it!" She transformed to her full wolf form which was not the same normal size of a wolf but like a pony. "I get paid! I don't see it as a waste of anything if I enjoy what I do." Having enough of this nonsense she jumped towards him, wary of his sword, but ready to tear him to shreds.

She growled and snapped up her feet to avoid the blade and rolled when she hit the ground, "I have accepted it." She crouched watching his sword and she grinned, "As a vampire I'm sure age means squat to you however..." She charged, "I'm not as little as you think." She stopped her momentum at the very last second and jumped towards his sword arm her intention to grab hold and not to let go, she had an idea that formulated and changed as they fought.

Her front feet landed and she twisted, the sword grazed her side and she pushed back the pain to the part of her mind and ignored it. Soturi whirled to face him, perhaps this was not the best form to fight him in, but it had been awhile, that and she wanted some fun anyway. "Well since you asked so nicely..." She grinned, "I'm sixty-six years." She went back to circling him her anger had disapated and charging him was doing no good. Plus she's never really had an opponent that she would fight and actually have a conversation with her.

She growled and hunkered down using the flames from the ring around them to shrink and circle around her to somewhat protect her from the waves of energy that still came through anyway and she growled in pain as her eyes glowed red. Her animal instincts told her to run and save herself, her warrior instincts told her to stop playing around and get serious it was do or die and she didn't plan on dying anytime soon.

If one could see through the flames that now circled only her and not both of them one would see the multiple injuries about her body, but she had crouched low to the ground where she would remain unmoving, "A moment of your time vampire before you think you could try to feed." She growled, "Do you know anything about a dark cult that could be hiding in these lands? Rumors is all the intel I have gathered and I am most curious to know." The energy built up inside her, it had taken much in the years before to figure out how to transform into Phoenix without the use of rage or anger. The energy began to build but she would not let it through until she got her answer.

((I wasn't sure of what kind of attack that was so I just went out on a limb. If I need to fix anything let me know))

She grinned when he came near, "Were you not listening earlier vampire? I seek revenge, do not think that I hear tid bits of this and that throughout the years I have traveled." The fire around her flared as the pent up energy was released, engulfing the area around her in flames, she spoke through them, "The tid bits I have learned have brought me here and neither you nor your kin will stop me from my search!" The fire looked to take form taking the shape of wings and that of a bird, her head lifted and her glowing eyes glared at him.

((Nice?? I decided not to take flight right away, that wouldn't be fair razz ))

I have a question since she had changed forms would her injuries remain or have been healed? This is basically first time I had had a character as a shapeshifter... Ever... So am unsure lol. ))

The fire died down a bit and she expected him an attack instead, he fell over. Her eyes narrowed and the flames died down around her leaving only the flames of her feathers alight, she kept her distance of course but circled around him. As she did so she wondered what to do now and what it was he was going to say, either way he was still probably going to gorge himself on her blood however, he did know these lands and this was a disadvantage, what to do.

((I was confused in the OOC when talking about the vampire thing etc and the healing abilities thing threw me off a little bit. It probably if I had thought about it at the time I guess I could have added that as an ability but eh. Is all good I'm happy with how it is now. But I had to ask.))

Asleep? She raised her wing and put it over her face, "I suppose that's one way to end a dual." She came up to stare down at the sleeping vampire the scent of alcohol potent, when he woke up she would imagine he would be quite sober. She moved over to his sword, the smart thing to do would be to move it away from him, the other smart thing would be to flee like her animal instincts told her, but she needed answers.

.... "Ugh!" She moved away and sat down remaining in her pheonix form, in case anything else decides to show up, and rest. Her wounds, though painful were not as deep as she had first thought as she looked over most of them, and would heal clean enough, though they would add to the other scars that she had collected over time.

And so she sat several feet away and stared at the vampire who would only try again to eat her when he woke. She wondered 'What if I offer some of my blood? Just enough to keep him off my back but enough to learn what I need to know.' She snorted, she wouldn't dare stoop so low, she will fight should she need to, but flee? Most likely not but only if the reason were so dire.
