I was looking through our profiles list today and noticed the abundance of them and that made me smile to know we have so many ample rpers ready to go... What disapoints me is that none of them are posting. I dont have to introduce you to the story thats not my job its yours its my job to make room for you which I will do when you get in there. Second I doubt any of you are gonna read this so I think its time to start pming people about there attendance and how it may affect there membership to this guild. Sage out

Sage, while you are correct that it's not really your job to introduce the characters into the storyline, it is your job to make sure the storyline remains coherent and stable, which isn't working too well right now. As it is, random fights for no apparent reason keep popping up, making it awfully difficult to drop a character in. My character's a captain, meaning he'd actually've been easier to drop in mid-fight, but most of these characters aren't, making it a near-impossibility. Some new student just doesn't belong in a battle.
Also, we need some sort of storyline for the mortal world, and that is the job of the moderators. Right now, there is no point whatsoever in playing a Quincy or gifted character, and there's barely a point to playing a Shinigami. I'd love to play a gifted character (a Quincy lawful 'On my pride as a Quincy' stuff just ain't my style, which sucks, as they're thematically cool), but I don't see any reason to (and yes, I'm quite capable of managing multiple characters in an RPG; I usually do).
A few other minor (and not-so-minor) things: Current posters need to start using proper grammar. The spelling mistakes are starting to decrease drastically, but a lot of the grammar is atrocious, and that scares away potential good RPers. Apostrophes and commas are important. That cannot be said enough. Sentence structure is even more important, as is detail. While I'm not going to go nitpicking through posts or calling out names, as that would be cruel and I don't want to start fights, these are problems that get rid of potential RPers before they even start.
As I'm fairly certain it's going to end up asked anyway, here's a few suggestions:
1.) A coherent, stable storyline needs to be decided on, and it can't be so battle-focused. I'm not saying scrap everything that's happened so far, and I'm fairly certain you shouldn't need to (though it's always possible that I'm wrong), but we need something. This goes for both Soul Society and the Mortal World. 2.) Players who are still iffy with their RPing skills should not be allowed more than one character, nor should they be allowed Captain status. 3.) Both Ari and I have offered RPing assistance. I honestly don't know how long Ari's been RPing online, but I know she has excellent grammar and a strong grasp on how it should be done. I'm an experienced RPer, and while I'm a little rusty due to not having been in a good non-Zoids-battle RP for a while, I'm still pretty good at what I do.
On a side note: Sorry I didn't post sooner. I hadn't realized anyone had posted in here, as I don't often check out OOC. Also, I'm aware I haven't posted a bit. I'm kinda stuck. Ari and I had something figured out, but various little things that got me distracted kept me from posting, so she just kind of assumed I'd changed my mind on it, so I'm not sure where to go with it now.

All right and gotcha no problem. Now an Idea for the mortal world... That might take a while.
