"Have...Does your love know how you feel?" She was second guessing herself before the words were out of her mouth. "Uh. Sorry. That's not- You don't have to answer that." Regardless of how much they were sharing, Sherry apparently still felt that there were some boundaries involved here.

So, she smiled up at her Sunny friend again. "Thanks, Ofie. I-- It helps to talk about it."

"He doesn't." She answered quickly. "An' he probably won't ever know. Sometimes, fer the sake'a keepin' the one ya love happy an' at yer side, ya shut yer mouth at certain times." Ofelia shrugged. "Doesn't mean ya can't drop hints though, here an' there or eventually get fed up an' jus' tell everythin' all at once." There was a grin on her face after the shrug and she patted Sherry's head. "Do whatcha wanna do when ya wanna do it, okay?"

It felt so weird to be giving love advice because when it came to feelings Ofelia was anything but an expert. Se hardly had a grasp on any emotions other than things like rage or delight and so love and dealing with people was so very awkward. Maybe that was why she just sparred with everyone and made things easier that way? People could get to know one another when they were bleeding, right? Usually.

And then Sherry was thanking her for something and Ofelia sort of just nodded her head dumbly because she was still thinking on other things. "Yer welcome, ya can always come an' talk ta me. S'what friends are fer, right?" Ofelia said even though she had no idea what that meant. She'd grown up without friends and most of the ones she'd made at Deus were starting to disgust and disinterest her all at once.

"Oh," Sherry said in simple reply to Ofie's words. To Sherry, it all made sense in a way. She returned Ofie's grin. "I will." She didn't know how she'd ever decide what to do, but that was something she could worry about later.

"Yeah," she nodded. "I suppose it is. Which means you can talk to me, too. If you ever need to. Even though I keep coming to you for advice." Sherry laughed. She was glad she had Ofie. Glad she'd listen to those silly folk in the kitchen that had sent her to see out the girl who made the best cookies.
