I wonder if all girls are like that when they are younger, because when I was 13 I used to have cramps so bad that I couldn't hardly move. A lot of my friends were also like that too.

Mine changed for the better though. It's much lighter and shorter now, and I hardly get cramps, although I feel like now they are starting to come back with a vengence... o_o'

I also thought you weren't supposed to get a period except for 4 times a year with the pill.

My periods last about 4 days and it's really heavy. I kinda got use to it, but sometimes I can't really move because it hurts my stomach so much and in the pubic region. I end up drink a lot of water but it hurts when I go to the toilet. I am only 16, and I just want a regular flow without the pill messing with my hormones.

Ugh I hate periods SO MUCH! I feel like someone is jabbing a knife through. Cramps, headaches, dizziness. Take advil and try to rest and drink lots of fluids when I'm on it, but at times it doesn't help so I just have to live through it till its over. Sometimes I wonder why we have to go through all of this while the boys are just living the free and easy life.

(I also am really scared to use a tampon, and have never used one before >.>)

I always feel out of place because I haven't had cramps in about 7 years and I always hear about girls who have bad period pains. If I was to get cramps I don’t think I wouldn’t know what to do or how to deal with it. My periods for the most part are regular and not extremely heavy

Periods, oh so lovely periods. Mine are irregular. I can skip for months (the longest was four months). I've had two periods in one month, sometimes I bleed a lot more than others. I generally have light periods that last 3-7 days. Cramps are rough.
