Joachim stopped and looked at Bea and then to the light again, he couldn't lie he couldn't just tell Bea that going to the light was a safe idea. There was the chance that hunters could be lingering there, it could be their safe camp but at the same time it could be where all of the students were meeting. Their own safe camp.
"I don't think trusting in the rats at the moment is great, I mean they are afraid of the mist alone they won't even run ahead without us. As for the light I have to admit.... I don't know if its safe... or if its a trap Bea I'm sorry I can't tell you more than that. Though what I do know is this mist isn't safe either." Joachim replied looking around as the thought of the former mist creatures had appeared earlier. Even he himself slowly became one and lashed out at Enzo, not that he could remember all of it was all hazy like a terrible dream.
"The only safe thing I know is if we stay together, more of us in a group then wandering around alone. So I own't leave you here Bea, we can keep looking around if that makes you feel safer or as Enzo said we can see what the light holds..... Ummm.....Ok so I am not good at making decisions when I think both sides are right...." Joachim replied as Merel started to beat her nose on his head as if a sign of frustration as his lack of clarity along with his face turning another shade of red. It was like making the choice between to friends and not being able to side with either because both sides were right.
