st anger was the worst album.

metallica have some really good bass lines too. i mean have u seen live s**t: binge and purge? coz on that dvd the bass solo is amazing

I don't believe that it's a horrible album just something really experimental with a new sound that's all. The album in my opinion was a great album not as great as their older ones but something great nontheless.

What exactly was wrong with St. Anger? I loved it. I think it is f**king great. It rocks hard.
But I guess as they say: you can't please everyone all the time.
Even fans have things they don't like about the band and what they have released.
I don't see the guys givin a s*** about what anybody says, though. They put out what they want and to hell with what anybody else thinks. I think they're the best.

I Love that album as well smile its just that the new fans got too used to the really polished sound, and the old fans just wanted the old kind of music which they didnt get razz

I loved it though ^^ Rawness for the win

Yea, my favorite album by them has to be Master of Puppets, but what you say is true. If they hadn't of had those sound issues I think it would of been much much better.
