Azura sighed, then after a few moments started to nod having to stop herself remembering that Alex could not see her, "Yes, of course I will help you." She picked up the plate and the fruit from the floor and set them onto the table then made her way over to Alex draping his arm around her shoulders, "Ready?" Izzy we will be coming outside.

She had one arm holding on to his wrist she had wrapped round her shoulders, her other arm she had wrapped around his waist for further support, she tightened her grip but not enough to harm him in anyway. "Nothing will happen to you, not while I still live."

Once they came outside Izzy came forward, she heard what Alex had asked Azura and her friends' response to him. She towered over them both as she looked down at them both, then lowered her head til it was equal with Alex's and touched her beak to his head and attempted mental contact with him and sent him the emotion of protectiveness to him.

Azura looked at him, "How far outside are we needing to go?"

Azura nodded then remembered, "Alright." She looked to Izzy, You know of an clearing this big? She showed a mental picture and received a positive chirp and gave her an image of an area just outside the medical center. Azura turned to look at Alex, "There's a clearing with just the space you ask for, if not a little more not far from medical center, would that be sufficient? If so since it is but a short distance Izzy can carry us in her talons to the clearing. And do not worry for I will be right next to you on the way."

Azura looked to Izzy and nodded. Izzy turned sideways and stood tall and waited patiently. "We will take off with her." She guided Alex over to Izzy and guided his hand over to Izzy's leg, "Hold on to her I will be right back." She disappeared as she hurried back into the medical center for several moments and came back out holding some straps that she had used to tie the provisions to Izzy. "I'm coming back, do not be alarmed." She spoke as she walked up to Alex so he would not be startled by her arrival. "I have some straps here that I had used for the harness, I will use them to tie us together and to Izzy's leg." She moved around him and first made a loop around his waist then wrapped the straps around Izzy's leg then tied the other end to her own waist.

When she had finished with the straps she then guided Alex over to step upon one of Izzy's taloned toes, "It will not hurt her stepping on her toes so so do not worry. On the count of three she will take off, there will be a slight jerk as she moves her foot to cup around us to secure us in place as she flies so hold on tight." Azura wrapped an arm around Alex then started to count. "One...two...three..." She held on tightly to him and Izzy's leg as the Roc jumped up into the air pumping her wings fiercely her foot moving to position itself around them so that they could have a more secure footing. Azura looked over to Alex, "There wasn't so bad was it?"

She smiled relieved that he was not all that frightened from the experience, "I'm glad to know that you are fine, or well something close to it anyway." Less than five minutes later Izzy slowly descended towards the ground and landing gently one one foot as she gently set the two on the ground and waited for Azura to release the straps before taking off to a safe distance in the sky to watch what would happen down below but stayed close enough in case there was any trouble.

It took less time for her to remove the straps from all three of them, she led Alex back a bit so that Izzy could take off then turned to face him, her hand on his shoulder so that he would know that she was there, "We have arrived to the clearing, what would you like me to do next?"

She gave a shaky smile, "I'm sure it will be fine." She took the book from him and looked at it. Izzy I'm gonna need a favor from you. While you are airborne I will need to look through your eyes to be sure I am doing this correctly, may I do this?

Izzy had been circling high overhead when Azura asked a favor from her, she looked down art the small specks on the ground and adjusted her flight so that Azura could see what she was doing then gave a mental chirp to say that her friend may.

Azura was relieved, Thank you. She turned to Alex, "Stay here I will let you know when I'm finished. She found a point to start and began, she was very worried that she would mess up, but thanks to Izzy's help she might be alright, and even without the Roc she could fly up in the air to check if it was correct. Thank goodness for flight for without it...



A hour and a half later Azura checked through Izzy's eyes once more to make absolutely sure that everything on the ground matched what was in the book. Satisfied she turned and faced Alex, "I am finished..."

After guiding him she jumped into the air and pumped her arms til she was airborne then flew out of the circle and distancing herself a little landed quite a few feet from the circle to watch. Eventually she had to look away because everything happening so fast she started getting dizzy, then when things seemed to settle she looked back to see Alex on his knees. Azura rushed forward but stopped so as to not enter the circle unsure if the ritual was done or not but hearing him say that it worked she assumed it was.

When next he looked at her his eyes were red and she assumed it was the dragon speaking to her, she was silent a very long moment not sure how to respond to him, "I..." She stopped, took a deep breath and started again, "You are welcome, I would do anything to save a friends life if it is within my abilities. But..." She took another long pause, "I do not know of any way you could repay me." Azura bowed to him, "I am sorry."
