Balthazcar wonder if they will have flying snagrets appear? Please, Nintendo. NO!!!!! gonk I hates both types Snagrets seen in the games, and I'd probably hate the Burrowing Snarrow (mentioned twice in the series) and any other type of snavian if we ever saw them.

Rachel The Squidray I have heard that rock pikmin won't be able to latch on to enemies like all the other pikmin. They just get launched and hit once each throw. And I do hope they are crush resistant. I'd like to see a wollywog flop onto them and get hurt. XD In the trailer, it practically confirms that (when the rock pikmin were thrown at the glass and ice, the bounced off. Same with the armored mawdad). If they crush resistant, I might get over my wollywog-a-phobia (it's not as major in Pikmin 2 as it is in the first one because of the smaller range of jumping, less life, and purple pikmin) completely.

I was reading a wiki that said when rock pikmin attack, they pretty much ram themselves against the attack target over and over...Not good for attacking bulborbs I suppose.

Yup, easy target for bulborbs. Rely on purples for all your standard enemy (and most boss enemies) needs. Though I rather hate it how god-mode-like the purple pikmin are. Nintendo made them cheap, then the players used purple pikmin for everything! They're over used fat pikmin

Like I remember how fun and challenging it was to swarm a bulborb with regular Pikmin, but with purples, it kills it in like...2 seconds. Not much fun in that, but hey, at least its time-effeminate. EDIT: Then again...how much harder would dungeons be without purples?

i like to play without purples as often as a i can for the challenge, though since they are slower they are more susceptible to elemental damage and enemies
