Rose flinched hearing the crash. Grabbing a first aid kit she went into the back and saw the man. "Hold on! I'll help you." she said softly going over to the man. She sat down by him and looked over his arm and started to fix him up.

The man silently looked at her but he seemed unusually calm. His arm though wasn't bleeding out, but looked like a broken piece of clay where the muscle and blood should have been. Dorian hurried to Rose and held her arm to pull her back as the owner came to lift the worker up

Rose finally saw his arm for what it was and gasped. When Dorian pulled her back she grabbed her first aid kit blinking, "What.... what the hell?" She asked softly.

"Like I said miss, we are homonculus. We can not die that easily, but we can break. the creator will be able to fix him in a matter of an hour" He said calmly and held her hands over the first aid kit, pushing her to the office softly "but you are not to tell anyone else about us. . "

Rose watched him softly before she gave a soft nod. She went back to her desk just sitting there. It was real. It was all real. She couldn't believe it.

Dorian watched her silently and wanted to walk to her but the owner walked and bowed his head softly "Rose, I apologize for what you have seen here. that wasn't my intention for you to find out this way. if you wish to quit, i understand and you will be compensated"

Rose looked to the owner and blinked a bit, "I...." Biting her lip she stood up and bowed, "Please give me some time to make a decision?" She asked softly.

"of course" he smiled at her but when he walked away, he grabbed Dorian by his arm and began to drag him to his back office. he grumbled angrily and shoved dorian into the office hard before slamming the door

Rose blinked watching them leave. She got curious and tip toed over to the door and listened in to see what was going on.

there was yelling from the owner and stomping before a loud thud was heard. inside, the owner was hitting Dorian with his cane while the large man kept his face turned away, the mask loose and almost fallen off of his face from the hit. he wasn't uttering a sound even when he was struck on his head

Rose flinched away from the door. She heard the hitting and she backed away from the door quickly not realizing she had walked back into the back with the rest of the workers. She stopped realizing she was back in the workroom and jumped a bit when one of the men walked past her. She tripped when she tried to evade another man and fell onto one man's work. He was making a sword and the metal was red hot and her arm fell on it. Crying out she got up quickly and ran from the shop as fast as she could so as not to get caught by the owner.

Dorian looked up hearing her scream and he stood, despite the owner's yells and pulled on his mask as he ran to her side. The man managed to catch Rose's shoulders and pulled her fast to the outside fountain "just hold on Rose. this burn will heal fast if carefully treated"

Rose gasped when she was pulled. Looking up at Dorian she sniffed a bit. Tears fell from her eyes but she wouldn't make a sound. If she made one sound she would wail in pain. She couldn't make any sounds. Closing her eyes tight she held her arm to her body.

Dorian had bruises on his body and a bit of blood staining the mask but he sat the girl down quickly. He took the water and gently stroked the burn to cool it and heal her arm "I know it hurts. . .but it will heal in time. for now, it just has to sting"

Rose gasped and covered her mouth quickly looking away from her arm. She looked at him and her eyes went a bit wide seeing him beating like he was. And he was caring for her.
