ok back to the matter at hand your shikai is a lot like senbonzakura but as it has a different name and shikai commands I don't have a problem with it but add something to make it more your own as not to sound like copying senbonzakura in shikai now bankai we are limiting the vice captains from using bankai to sorta keep people at the same level and its power to take control of the other person is flat out against the rules and would need to be altered completely if you wish your pc can be in training to learn bankai but that have to be after the powers have been changed
