NEW SUGGESTION:
How about Guild allies? ....cause...if someone goes to a different guild..and see's our like..button on the buttom of the front page....then they might click it..and eventually join ours =D

What if we have a mascot? O3o...
or like... a guild mule..xD...so for like..guild events...or...like... when we go post in the guild forum place..to recruit members...we could like..use that...o3o...i dunno...
i guess we don't really need a mule..
but having a mascot would be cool =D (like an animal or person)
