He growled and glared at her as he laid back and sighed softly ". ..let me guess. . .that's the poison that killed the scientist Liam isn't it? he had a needle in his back" he said quietly as he rubbed his head on the floor to get rid of an itch

Mayu flinched when she heard he was killed by a poison. "No... It must have been another one. This is the only copy of this poison and I will never let them have it..." She said softly. "I didn't kill Liam.... He was... my only friend.."

". . .at least you had a friend" He sighed before kicking his legs and jumping onto his feet, cracking his neck as he moved himself to the window to keep watch "go ahead and get some sleep ok? but i expect you to untie me in the morning"

Mayu looked at him before getting up and untying him. "I expect you not to take the poison and run." She said with a small smile before she laid down on the bed to sleep holding the poison tightly.

He just grinned at her before sitting on the windowsill and stretching out, smiling up at the moonlight before closing his eyes to get some rest of his own

When morning came Mayu fashioned the vial into a necklace with some string. Putting it under her shirt she looked out the window Asriel was sitting at. She gasped seeing some scientists and pulled him down to the floor and she hid as well.

Asriel had enough time to see the scientists's heads before he was dragged down to hide with Mayu. he just smirked and pet her hair before standing up to head downstairs and meet them

Mayu grabbed him, "What are you doing?" She hissed glaring at him, "If you go down there they will take you back..."

he turned around and knelt down to grip her hand "I have a job to do. and that is to protect you. I wont let anything get in the way of that and these scientists will still follow us if I let them walk free. Dont worry, I wont kill them" he winked and stood up before shutting the door quickly

Mayu growled a bit before moving over to the window. She peaked out a bit watching.

he walked outside to talk to the scientists, but the minute one grabbed his arm, he growled and flipped him over before taking out the two others with his claws, merely slicing at their legs so they couldn't come after him or mayu

Mayu gasped and held onto the vial on her neck biting her lip. She didn't know what to do. Wherever they ran these people would come after her.

He grinned wildly seeing them groaning on the floor, but he hurried back and grabbed mayu's hand to pull her along outside "we need to find a car and get out of here before someone comes looking for their missing men"
